The bell rang, signaling everyone that classes have started. Nathaniel is in his Calculus class with Devan sitting right behind him. As Nathaniel tries to work on the worksheets, Devan kicks him in the leg. "Ugh." Nathaniel says out loud. His teacher turns around and looks at Nathaniel. "Is everything alright there Nathaniel?" The teacher asks him. "I'm fine thanks. Mr. Kint." I say to him. As the rest of the day went by, Nathaniel had to see Natalia. He went to her locker but she wasn't there. Where could she be? Nathaniel thought. Then it hit him. Devan had threatened him earlier and Natalia. Nathaniel rushed out to where the edge of the forest was. He took a long look at it but he knew the dangers of the forest. You never know what could be lurking around in the forest. With Nathaniel knowing the dangers, he went running into the forest anyway. He was going to get Natalia back.
