"w-what? what do you mean, 'youve stopped?'" allura stuttered.

voice raspy from crying, lance repeated himself.

"i said i've STOPPED." his voice cracked.

hunk started crying, and was escorted out with the help of a shameful pidge.

"stopped joking, stopped flirting, stopped laughing, stopped talking. ive stopped." lance shakily let out.

keith ran to lance's side to comfort the shaking boy.

"allura, how could you do this?" keith yelled.

"i-i,lance,um-"

"JUST STOP. GET OUT OF HERE."
keith screamed.

allura hurried out in tears.
keith turned back to lance. "are you okay?"keith asked softly.

"perfect." lance whispered.

- time skip -

keith called the team all in for a meeting.

"where's lance?" asked coran.

"he cant be here, its ABOUT him." keith stated bluntly, pausing for coran's "ah."

"this cant go on. he's still as depressed as ever, and none of you are even trying to help him. does he matter to you all?"

"of course!"
"yeah."
"mhm!"
"duh."
"uh-huh."

keith paused. all but allura answered. he looked at her expectantly. she was hanging her head in shame.

"no." she let out.
