BEEF WITH VEGETABLE

Ingredients:
1,800g of beef
5 medium onions
6 carrots
Potatoes (900 g)
2 knorr cubes
2 tbsp sesame oil
Pinch of curry
Pinch of thyme
Pinch of salt

PROCEDURE
Wash and place the meat in a big pan, cover with cold water add seasoning e.g curry, thyme, maggi and salt, bring 1 boil cook for one nd halve hour. While cooking the meat peel onions lea whole (not to be divided) peel carrots and halve them, potatoes, then add the potatoes after 30mins. Then you add carrots and onions, allow to cook for some time and serve immediately with remaining sauce together.
