Ingredients:
1 pack of couscous
1 kg mince meat
4 large tomatoes
4 medium red peppers
1 clove of garlic
Small fresh ginger
Pinch of white pepper
3 knorr cubes
Pinch of salt
Groundnut oil
3 medium carrots
1/2 cup green beans
20 large green peppers
2 cups of white stockPROCEDURE
Cut and wash the ingredients, drain and fry in a pot add meat fry again add the white stock, then put maggi, salt and spices bring to boil, then add couscous cook until the water dries up. Remove heat, then remove seed from green pepper, wash and put the couscous into the green pepper, then toast in a little oil until its completely soft. Serve hot!Bone Appetite!
