First off, Eiki's beverage of choice is black coffee. It makes sense to me for two reasons: For starters, she is the Yama and therefore has a lot of work (most likely all-nighters at points) to do so she needs something to help her stay awake at night. Secondly, seeing as how she is a very honest person (probably the only truly good and selfless person in Gensokyo, even more so than Byakuren) she most likely doesn't mind having the bitter taste not sweetened.

Kaguya actually does want to go out and see more of Gensokyo, but she is actually too shy to do so. I imagine her as less of a 'NEET' and more of a 'quiet, socially inept princess whose life in solitude has contributed to her somewhat introverted demeanor'. What she does do in her spare time is actually music-related: She often listens to artists from the Outside World-- such as doujin circles-- and tries making her own songs. And yes... she does have a very pretty voice: Soft but lovely, most likely qualified as a mezzo-soprano.

Yuyuko isn't a glutton, but a gourmet. A gourmet with a high metabolism and positive attitude. She is often critical of how even the simplest of food can taste but still tries to point out that with practice and alterations to their techniques that said dishes can improve. The only one exempt from her critique is Youmu, and I myself think that it's only because she simply holds great respect and appreciation towards her most loyal servant. But having someone who can actually cook helps too.

Marisa and Alice are a couple... but their relationship is very pure and sweet and feeling-based. The most affectionate gestures they share are hugging, kissing, etc. Contrary to what you'd think, Marisa is often the one who's overly affectionate and Alice is the one who will occasionally get annoyed by it-- but since she really does love her partner, she doesn't mind it too much.

Daiyousei is quite literally a giant. Or at the very least quite tall and mature-looking for a fairy. She is slightly shorter than Sakuya but still taller than Cirno. And I imagine her in terms of physique to resemble someone from age 16-17.

Koakuma, by contrast, is actually very short and childlike in appearance, perhaps as to literally fit the 'little devil' mold that she has. Even if she's somewhat tiny, she's able to fly up to the highest shelves and get books for Patchouli to observe.
