Hey! Back again this time with THE OFFICAL JAYWING FEATURES!!! (As a WIP, still needa add the tail scales)
Here is the basic WIP for a JayWing:

Description: elegant feather-shaped scales with a sleek curved snout and feather-like patterns. They have a feather ruffle behind their ears and the edges of their wings will look kind of feathery, but the main part is normal wing membrane. They have ice-like horns that go straight out the back of their heads. Instead of spikes along their spines, they have feathers.
Abilities: Their tails have spikes at the ends that look like feathers that they can shoot at their opponents, and they can grow back in the span of 5-7 days. They have bird-sharp claws.
Queen: Queen Lark
Alliances: none currently due to no war at the moment.

Options for looks: Eye color: must be a range of blue, green, yellow, brown, or in between. NO OTHER COLORS ARE ALLOWED!!! Scale color mainframe: Dark blue backscales Lighter pastel color for normal scales
