"Goodmorning team!" Aly, their captain, greeted the girls as they're getting ready for their usual morning training at the oval. "Balik training na ulit tayo ha. Matagal pang mawawala si Coach Tai eh, kaya ako na muna ang mag ga-guide sa training natin tuwing umaga at si Coach Parley naman sa hapon."

"Our next games will be at V-league, so we'll train as usual, though there will be some occasional changes sa schedule 'coz may mga seniors na mawawala because of ojt." Den also filled up the details to the team, alongside the captain just to her right.  

"Ahem ahem!" Ella suddenly cleared her throat there, kunwari may makati, pero actually she was trying to tease them again.  

"Shhh Ella not here, okay? Ang aga aga." Napabulong na tuloy si Den kay Ella, to make her stop to whatever she's thinking and planning to do. 

"So if ever na wala ako or ang mga seniors. Mich and Jia, kayo na muna ang mag lead ng training every morning. Ha? Okay?" continued Aly, as they go along while the two answered in chorus, "Yes, captain coach!"

Then Aly there commands the team already for them to get going for their morning grind, "Okay guys let's start! Stretching muna and then every after two laps of jogging, alternate ang sprinting at high knee running tayo, ha?" 

"1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4. . ." and Aly there started the counting for their warm up stretching when Aerieal moves to Ella's side to whisper something up, "Pssst Madam sabihin mo na kay Aly ah, yung plano natin after dito." Aerieal then winked to her.  

"Sige sige, ako na bahala dyan." whispered Ella back. But Den there saw the two, almost hearing their conversation, as she already raised an eyebrow. "And what's that madam? I smell something. . . not good."

"Haha. Wala lang yun. Secret." Sabi nalang ni Ella na umiwas pa nang tingin kay Denden, while Aly cuts across kasi napansin nyang maiingay na sila, quite disturbing the morning atmosphere,"Pasaway 'tong mga seniors." and the team just laughed, especially the rookies to their ates na magugulo.

While in their jogging rounds at the oval, Aly and Den just leads the pack with Ella and Marge just next to them, then Kiwi and Bea, Mich and Jia, Aerieal and Mae and so on. . .

Aly: Den, check mo pala yung locker natin maya ha?

Den: Yeah sure. Uhmm... But Valdez anu nanaman yan...

Aly: Something lang. Check mo ha... Ha?

Then, biglang kumalabit si Ella kay Den sa likod as the two were just talking, "Besh, palit muna tayo at may sasabihin lang ako kay besh Aly." requested Ella all of a sudden with a wide smile to Den.

With that sudden intrusion, Den just pouts there before jogging backwards to align with Marge on the track. So Ella kanina ka pa talaga ah! Hmph! She thought while Aly and Ella were already in front. . .

Aly: O, bakit Madam? Nasan na yung katabi ko?

Ella: Nakipagpalit lang, bakit namiss mo na agad?!... (Then si Aly, she glances back to Den and beamed a smile.)

Ella: Asuss! Ayun, pwede ka ba mamaya, sabay na tayo magbreakfast after this. Mga 9am. Okay ka ba?

Aly: Ahh.. libre mo ba yan? Sige! At bakit, anong meron?
