**Mikaylla's POV**

I have a day off from the strange and unusual so I went to Starbucks to write my review about the concert. I couldn't get Ryan out of my head.

I picked up my phone and went to my Instagram. I found Ryan's profile and sent him a message.

You in town?

I locked my phone and wrote my review then sent it to my boss. I got in my car and checked my phone. Ryan had replied

Why?

Wanna meet me at that bar downtown? Down the street from the shop?

I don't really know why I invited him, but I needed a drink and I don't wanna drink alone.

**Ryan's POV**

"Are you gonna go?" Ricky asked

"I don't know. I'm honestly shocked she even messaged me"

"Just go. What's the worst that could happen?"

"A lot could happen. She hates me."

"Well go drink a beer with her. Maybe she won't be as aggressive if she has some liquor in her"

I laughed "true"

**Mikaylla's POV**

7:15

I was suppose to meet Ryan at 7, and I am at the bar. I'm just sitting in my car. I've debated just standing him up. I don't even know if he's in there. I grabbed my keys and walked into the bar. I scanned the room, but didn't see him. I walked to the bar and ordered a drink

"Put it on my tab"

I turned to see Ryan already with the drink in his hand

"I have money" I spat

Ryan rolled his eyes "why did you even invite me?"

"Why did you come?!"

"Because I was curious as to why you even invited me"

"I invited you because I didn't wanna drink alone. My sister said I do that too much"

"So you invited me?"

"Well, I plan to drink so much I don't remember this night so why forget memories with someone I actually like"

Ryan scoffed "of course"

"So what's your deal?" I asked

"Deal? As in life or?"

"Yeah, as in life"

"I play guitar in a band and mix EP's for other bands in my spear time"

"That's it?"

"For now yeah"

"Got a girlfriend?"

"Nope. Not at the moment"

"Interesting" I said taking a sip of my drink

"You got a boyfriend?"

"Recently divorced so I'm kinda taken it slow"

"And by taken it slow you mean hookingup with random guys"

"Yep, pretty much"

"Hm" Ryan said taking a sip of his drink

"Wanna get a motel?"

Ryan rose his eyebrow at me

"I can't take you back to my place. I have a nosey big sister and a 3 year old"

"I got a nosey roommate and his girlfriend"

"So, a motel?"

"Sure"

"There's one right outside of town. No one will know we're there"

"I'll follow you there?"

"Yep" I threw a 20 dollar bill on the counter and walked out

I got in my car and Ryan followed me to a motel and we got a room

"Let's get to it" I said taking my jacket off and kissing him
