jinyoung was still holding his head pretty high, it was natural. even when his insides were curling into themselves, his chin never touched his chest. he was the second oldest and had no choice but to be brave, especially for the others who he knew weren't having the best time.

"prince jinyoung!" an annoying shrill entered the male's ears and his nose crinkled in disgust as the owner of the voice wrapped his arms around his whole body, refraining any movement.

"get the hell off of me. i'm not in the mood siyong." his voice faltered at the end, his confident facade beginning to fall. even if it was natural for him to be the tough guy with the looks, today just wasn't his day.

"buddy what's wrong?" siyong's arms retracted back to his sides as he looked at his friend who was steady walking to his seat like no one was behind him trying to speak to him. to the outsiders, nothing was ever wrong with jinyoung.

"bam's missing. i- we don't know where he is. well we think he's missing." the once courageous male was now laying down in his cold hard desk trying to find comfort in the cool sensation resting on his cheek. a hand came to rub slowly into his back. the hand was quite small and jinyoung concluded it was siyong's hand.

"you mean yug and them? you guys can't find him? but he's always with you guys." siyong's reddish pink hair was swept behind his ear as he masked multiple questions at once making the other's mind swim. and it wasn't swimming in water, something like radioactive material.

jinyoung just nodded, fidgeting with the buttons on his uniform blazer and ruining his well made up hair. the strands were now all over the place and his own body felt like hell itself. he just wanted this day to start off right. he hoped the other's weren't going through such a hard time like he was.

"i'm sure you'll find him, if you ever need help just ask alright." siyong carefully worded his sentence knowing how sensitive the other could be. this act of his was just an act and that's all it ever would be. everyone knew that.

the chocolate haired male was too deep in thought to speak just nodding his head slowly as he lifted from his desk and looked at the wall, his vision drowning in the peeling paint.
