we buried Kai after having shot him in the head so he didn't turn.

we took all the food we could find and left the fastest we could.

Y/N had her bandaged and stitched up by Red, she was still not normal, looking just like when I first met her, insane but capable of reasoning a bit, spinning her axe around on the rope loop fixed to it, reading to stab anyone and I bet if it wasn't for my constant distraction she would have hurt one of us.

it was sickening that we never questioned what meat we were getting, all animals were infected even if only humans changed, seems like animals don't have the brain enough or right type of brain needed for the virus...... but oh my god.... Dave....... who did this happen? why?

I'm sure it killed Y/N mood even more than any of us because she already believes the virus has more effect on her then only on her mentality and some stuff physically.... but eating human meat must have pushed her over board, she must think she's no different from a dead.

Y/N's pov:

I'm no different from a dead....... I ate human flesh, the others did too but.... but I liked it........ ever since then, no matter what I eat, what I drink, I always feel a bit.... a bit...... hungry.... like it's nothing but just a teeny tiny hunger, simply ignored normally but it fucked with my mind since I knew why it was there........ you fucking virus! leave me alone for once! I will not do as you wish me too! I'm not a monster!

I felt an arm around my shoulders and sighed, stopping the spin of my axe and hanging it at my side as I hugged myself to Lauren, you will not make me hurt her got it?! you heard me fucker?! I promise.
