Chapter 23: Hurt

Ellysa's pov

I took a deep breath before looking up the building of Bighit Entertainment, my heart started to feel nervous and sad at the same time, not only because he was there but some artists are there too, just one mistake from the both of us and it will go bunkers

"You alright unnie?" Lisa asked as she took my hand and gently pressed it

"Yes, I'm fine"

"Is there something bugging you?" Rosè asked while rubbing my back soothingly

"No I'm fine" I said as I faked her a smile

"Let's go?" Jisoo asked as she looked at the four of us

I took a look at the building once again and was a bit hesitant if I should go in or not

"Hey, look at me" I shifted my eyes to Jisoo and I saw how her eyes softened the moment she met my watery ones

"Remember, we're here, no one's gonna harm you, we're here to protect you okay?" She said and smiled making me confused over her words

Does she know?

"What are you talking about?" I asked her

"I just hope it will be alright soon, let's go" she said avoiding my question before walking inside the building, I looked behind the girls who were looking at each other and shrugging their shoulders off

"I'm fine, don't make up stupid conclusions about this" I said and left them dumbfounded about that sudden attitude

The moment we stepped inside the practice room, all eyes landed on us, they were all smiling and ready to welcome us wholeheartedly

Except Jimin....

His eyes that are boring holes into mine, it's not the same anymore, it's like he's not the Jimin I fell inlove with, my heart soon broke the moment he looked away, my tears threatened to fall again making me look away from their sight

"Welcome to Bighit Entertainment's practice room, feel yourselves at home and let us please grow a strong bond while perfectly doing or practicing our collaboration this MAMA 2018, I do hope we all get along" Namjoon spoke as the others smiled and gave him small claps

The door opened and revealed our chosen choreographer, he was a bit familiar yet I choose to be oblivious about it

"Hi, I'm Martin Lopez, I came from a foreign country just to be here and teach you guys so this is really a great opportunity for me, so anyways, let's start" He said introducing himself, all of us bowed and introduced our groups before waiting for him to start

"Let's do this" he took everybody else and positioned them in their places, there are partners to be done and solos

"Okay, we're down to 4 left" our choreographer clasped his hands looking at me, xiumin, seulgi, and lastly jimin

I hope he's not going to be my partner since it will be really awkward

"I'll let you choose your partner, now go and go to the first position, go!" Martin said clapping his hands

I looked to my side to see Xiumin looking down as if it's like he's shy

"Let's go?" I asked

"Oh I thought you're going to pick Jimin" he said scratching his nape

"But I choose you" I smiled warmly as a blush spreads across his face

We both got into our positions and started the choreography, we were told to do the last bit of the partnered dance with only the both of us on stage, it's quite hard to handle because of the erotic steps and not to mention the stares Jimin has been giving, I can see Jimin frowning while practicing leaving his partner, seulgi a little bit awkward about it

Then it came to that part where the man is supposed to hold the ladies waist

"Yah Seulgi and Jimin, what are you doing? I've been expecting a lot from the both of you, is there something wrong?" Martin said stopping the practice

"We're sorry, we'll do better" the both of them bowed

"It's alright do better next time, let's have a break for five minutes and then we're off to the last part of the dance" Martin said smiling at us

"Thank you~" we yelled before sitting at the corners

"Have a drink, it'll make you feel better" I looked up to see Xiumin smiling at me while reaching the bottle infront of me

"Thanks~" I said as I gulped down the water, in my peripheral view, I noticed something that made me annoyed for some reason

"Let's do better, here have this" Seulgi smiled handing Jimin a water bottle, I met his eyes for a second and broke the interaction immediately

His eyes showed emotions I've never seen before, more like longing and then anger, it's confusing, I saw him lay his head back as I examined his face, he's hurt

"Ellysa?" I turned around and met Jisoo smiling at me

"Yeah?"

"May I talk to you for a second?" I nodded a yes before she left me to follow her

I glanced at Jimin for the last time and saw something heart shattering

He's crying.

I know you should hate me, I'm a bad author, I don't know how long I didn't updated this book, I'm sorry, I'm just busy at school and now that it's vacation, you can expect more updates now, I hope you like it!
