Logan: thank you, but we'll go out
Mary: yeah, we need some fresh air
Teacher: whatever you say.. but don't be late
Logan: we won't.
We get up and go out through the back door. We go to the restaurant next to our school. We take a table and order our meals
Logan: i don't say this really often, but i'm nervous.
I look at him and smile. This was one example why i loved him, he was honest.
Mary: baby.. everyone is nervous when you have to do something, it's just a part of it. I'm nervous too, but ik we're gonna slay it
He smiles
Logan: you're right..
Our meals arrive and we eat. We go back to the backstage. I dressed up in a baby-pink dress and did my makeup. We sat down and waited. After a while we both got bored, so Logan pulled out his phone and started making selfies of us two. We were having so much fun at being stupid that we didn't even realaize that we spent 2 hours doing it.
Teacher: so number six!
Logan: Mary, that's you
I get up, give Logan a hug and go out. There were so many people watching me rn, i was shaking a bit. Our princepal introdused me and told what i will do, while i was nervously standing there
Princepal: Ladies and Gentleman, Mary (yourlastname)
They all applaused and the music cued. I grab the microphone with my hand and start singing. At the corner of my eye I could see Logan looking me from the backstage. Luckily i did really good. Actually so good, that some people were on their feet applausing when i finished.. I thanked them and quickly ran back to backstage. As i saw Logan i immediately huged him and ofc he hugged back
Logan: you did so good baby
Mary: i wouldn't be able to if you weren't here with me
He kisses me, there were few people in the room, but we didn't care. Only the teacher couldn't just look at us
Teacher: *caugh* Mary!
I break the kiss
Teacher: you did well
Mary: thank you
She goes off. Logan whispers to me
Logan: did she really interruped our gorgeous kiss with that stupid compliment?
I look up to him and giggle
Mary: yeah, i think so..
I giggled
