Christmas 🌲

93 28 19

Lights of blue, green and red
Fill out the darkness of the streets
The wind blows sweet and rather cold
Christmas is coming, I was told.

When the clock strikes twelve
You'll hear the elves
As they rode on a sleigh
To pile our gifts under the Christmas tree

Hohoho, Merry Christmas!
Says Santa Claus as he came to pass
He has white hair and beard
He wears an suit, red in color

Come morning, the children rejoiced
For they received new set of toys
Big smiles painted on their faces
As they wrapped their hands around their parents.

May the spirit of Christmas always live
Inside our hearts, souls and minds
For toys are not the greatest gift we received,
But the birth of our savior, Jesus Christ!
