Getting Deeper Into Derry

Richie's P.O.V
We rode to ben's house and dropped our bikes on the front lawn I was heading for the stairs when my hand got tugged I turned around "yeah? Y/n" she sighed deeply and looked around "should we be getting deeper into this stuff? Like- like is this safe?" Placing my hand onto her shoulder and looking into her deep E/C eyes I whispered "we'll be fine- wait is a trashmouth like you afraid?" Her eyes widen and she sucked her teeth "psh me afraid? Yeah I was only asking for you!" I smiled on the inside thinking about her being "protective"
"Well if your so worried about me then just hold my hand sweet heart" she scoffed and grabbed my ear pulling me to Ben's house "you have really big dreams tozier" I rolled my eyes "you sure like saying my last name a lot just marry me already and you can have it" She let go of my ear and walked into ben's room "disgusting" Ben was in the middle of a boring lecture "wow this is cool.— oh no it's not— this— this is Uh no it's not nevermind" I raised up my glasses from the bottom of my nose as Y/n elbowed me on my side "be nice"

Y/n's P.O.V
It's obviously weird. it was different there were articles about people missing and it was all kinda too confusing for me I went up to one picture of the well house which I remembered being there when I was little bad things would always happen there...At the sight of seeing the well house I clenched my fist and sighed there was absolutely nothing that I could do my mom died there and my dad left me there and rode off on me I lived next to bill so after weeks going by I would run outta food and they stared to put everything together. I had no family bill was my Bestfriend and that was all. I sighed deeply and turned around to see Beverly closing ben's door revealing a new kids on the block poster I chuckled and looked at Ben. pleading for us not to tell and for Beverly to put the door back I smiled and looked over at richie glaring at the articles how can someone so foul mouthed be so cute at the same time. At this point I would say I have tiny tiny crush but it wasn't like the end of the world I mean we're practically the same the more I stared at him the more I thought about him holding me tight and how I was safe with him near me and I thought that whatever that thing was that grabbed me wasn't gonna come near me with richie.I snapped out of my thoughts with bill nudging my side "E-Earth to Y/n" he waved his hand in my face and chuckled "huh?!" I rolled my eyes and pinched on his nose He winched in pain and whined "ow!" I chuckled and looked over at richie who was talking to stan "hey trashmouth what do you think about this shit?" Turning around to me he snickered "a load of bullshit!" Everyone else went over to the other side while me and Richie stood on the opposite side looking up at all the articles, pictures, and other evidence staring at it I broke the silence "bet you five bucks I'll go missing" what I really wanted to say was keep me safe please? He smiled but we didn't lay our eyes off of the wall "ten and I'll go missing before you" and what Richie meant was I'd rather it be me then her please

Richie's P.O.V
I looked over at Y/n she looked at me back "yeah sure you go missing? More like you're at the arcade!" What I wish she said I wouldn't stop looking for you I laughed and smirked at her "more like at your house" And what I meant was I'd get myself hurt to save you. She pushed me and after that Eddie looked over at us "hey cut it out lovers!" I rolled my eyes and flicked Eddie's forehead "ow asshole I don't want your disgusting fingers in my face" Y/n laughed and walked away from us "hey so where are we going?" Bill turned over to us and said "h-how about t-the town" I nodded and walked out of the room going downstairs. I grabbed my bike and patted the back "common! Y/n" she got on and I got on "race you suckers to the town!!" I started pedaling and I could hear Y/n laughing it was cute and adorable it made me feel joy we got to the town and that's when I stopped Y/n grabbed her head "Uh oh my motion sickness" I quickly checked to see if the others were around and i gave her a hug "I'm sorry I didn't mean it I guess you can say I'm competitive" I felt a little heat rush to me when I then rubbed the top of her head "I guess?? More like very!" I smiled shyly and rubbed the back of my neck chuckling she pushed my glasses up and winked at me "It's ok it's cute tozier" the sound of the others bikes hitting the floor as she backed away from me "sure richie stop trying to get into my pants!" She snickered at me and smirked a bit ok yes sure it was hot when she flirted but it was a tease and teases aren't alway fun "yeah right fucker you were practically begging me!" She laughed and shoved me bill rolled his eyes and they went to the missing posters of kids. I walked over to get some ice cream and came back to Y/n smacking the back of Eddie's head i laughed of course and I gave Eddie his ice cream and stood in between them both before I could lick my ice cream she grabbed my hand with the ice cream and licked the whole thing. I was a stuttering mess "I— Oh my ice cream" she laughed "that's the closest you're getting to a kiss" I raised and eyebrow and looked at her smirking "we'll see about that but ill take this for now" licking the whole ice cream Eddie gagged as I shoved him. I finished my ice cream and went over to the band players "hey Y/n watch this!" I grabbed his trumpet and started blowing on it to make sounds Y/n was laughing when he took it away from me I threw up my arms and before I could say anything she stomped and crossed her arms "HEY WHAT THE FUCK!! THAT WAS MY ENTERTAINMENT ASSHOLE HE DID BETTER THEN YOU FUCK TARD!" She rolled her eyes and turned back around to bill
And in my mind all I can think was Wow ok I walked over to her and smiled "your trashmouth is good but it needs improvement" she tried not to smile and looked at me "what are you saying Tozier you'll teach me some new words?!" I laughed and put my arm around her "your house?" I whispered. She grabbed my hand and smiled at me and twisted my finger "seems good, but don't put your arm on me again" I grabbed my finger away and waved it around "fine try cuddling yourself at night" I whispered but made it clear enough that she could hear, she glared me into my eyes and put her hand over my mouth "don't you dare mention any of that In front of them!" The others looked at us and raised their eyebrows in confusion. "Uh um he pulled my hair!" She went back to her spot "id feel better if that was your mouth and not your hand" she rolled her eyes but I can see the corners of her mouth trying not to form a smile
