Eadwulf was really satisfied with all the status cards the students were showing him. It was a joy for him to train this heroes-to-be to their utmost potential. He called on the last student, Iso, to show him his status card. He has an expectation that he will have impressive stats. Iso relucantly step forward and gave his status card.

Eadwulf smile was replaced by a frown and a confuse look. "What's this?" He tried to see if what the plate is showing him is fake but it seems it was the real deal. It wasn't because Iso's stats were high, it was because Iso stats were just slightly above-average.

Iso was feeling embarrass about this. In their world, he was one of the smartest students in their school, just second place before Aimi. But looks like in this world, that title is nonexistent. After checking it for a while, Eadwulf returned the card to Iso.

"It looks like many of your stats is above-average. That still something." (Eadwulf)

Fortunately for Iso, the reactions of his classmates were just expressions of pity. Unfortunately for him, their evaluation of him...rocketed down. The respect that they give him previously in their world was now gone.

"But it seems that you have a jobless class. That means you have no aptitude, you have no skills. Uhm wait don't worry about it. You can still change your class right? Just level up a bit until you're level 40. Then you can class change." (Eadwulf)

Iso just nodded at what Eadwulf was saying. It was too late now. He was lucky he was well-respected in their previous world, otherwise his classmate would have made him a laughing stock already.

"It's not that bad. There's an advantage with having no class. For instance, you level up faster and your stats growth is much faster. So while leveling up until you can class change, you'll have superior stats. Your next class will be much more powerful." (Eadwulf)

He was half-lying. You won't actually have 'superior' stats but you do level up faster than the average person. It is not really a good advantage. But Iso doesn't know this so he just nods and believes the words of Eadwulf.

"Well, with me and the others training you all there won't be a problem. We will be sure to teach you everything you need to know." (Eadwulf)

Iso returned back to his original place feeling okay for now. He still have a slight hope that this will be better someday. He decided that if he wants to become better he had to train hard. He is looking forward to the day he would change his class.

"Well now I have to explain what does your stats really mean. I'm sure you have some vague idea how it works but it is better to explain it to clear it up.

First is the HP. This is your Health Points. Literally how much life you have left. Be careful not to make it zero because of obvious reasons. The higher your health, the more you can survive from attacks. This stat is not related to age, sickness, & diseases.

Next will be your MP. This are your Mana Point. This indicate how much mana you have left. Mana is use to cast magic in this world. The stronger the magic, the more mana it consumes. Mana is magical energy inside of you. You can be capable to tap this source of energy and use it to cast magic spells. Of course, you have a limited amount of mana at your disposal, which may be replenished with mana potions, resting, or simply waiting for a period of time.

Be sure not to use up mana more than you are capable of. Because if you do, the magic will use your life force instead. It is very dangerous to attempt this.
