Karma pov
I was sitting on the edge of a cliff when I heard someone walk up behind me.
"What do you want?" I asked knowing who it was
"How rude i was just checking if you were ok after the injection"
I glared at him
"I think you mean, I'm checking if the injection was a success"
"Haha, that too, but... you said some pretty hurtful things to Nagisa. You don't think that might ruin your friendship"
"What friendship? There was never any kind of friendship." I said bluntly
"Ouch... but, Are you sure there's not a tiny bit of you that cares about Nagisa"
"No, I never once did care about him. He's pathetic, he was one of the strongest one out of everyone, but goes behind someone's back when it comes to his mom. In reality he's weak and I'll be the one to beat him.
He chuckled
"I look forward to your fight. Both of them"
"Shut up"
I stood up and began to walk away
No one pov
The following day Korosensei and everyone else were gathered on the field waiting for Karma to arrive.
They stayed standing in silence for about 2 minutes when a huge gust of wind passed.
"Seems like you're all here"
Karma was now in front of Korosensei
"Karma..." Nagisa whispered
"Shall we begin"
"Karma your life is in danger! If I don't take those out you'll--!"
"No, you're wrong. I I feel alive! And I won't let anyone interfere"
He set his tenticales on fire and created a circle of fire around the two
"Korosensei!" The class all screamed not sure how to help
Karma was the first to strike, however Korosensei dodged
"Eh?"
Karma kept trying to hit but saw that the octopus kept dodging his attacks.
"Stop dodging and fight me!"
"No. I won't fight my student"
"Tch!" Karma got annoyed
"Fine I'll just kill you now!"
He struck again this time cutting off three of Korosensei's tenticales
"!!!"
"Korosensei!"
"Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha! Look they're still moving!"
The two contined to fight non stop for 3 minutes until.....
Karma stabbed Korosensei in the heart
Nagisa pov
My eyes widened at the sight I saw.
Everything seemed to be moving in slow motion and I felt my eyes water
"Nagisa!"
I looked up and saw that Korosensei was still alive and had Karma unable to move
"I need you to distract Karma so I have time to remove his tenticales!"
My attention then went to Karma who was screaming and struggling to get out of his grip.
I took a breath and walked forward managing to walk through the fire and not get burnt.
With a few more steps I was now in front of Karma
"You! You'll be next! I'm going to beat you so hard you'll regret having known me!"
I sighed and grabbed his head with my good hand and pulled him in for a kiss
"!?" Karma's eyes widened
Karma I know that deep down you hate me. You tried to not show it but I already knew. I knew I was burden for you. But, let me save you this one time and let it be the last time you call me your friend. I promise I won't bother you anymore... I love you, Karma.
"Nagisa!"
I heard everyone yell my name and at that moment I felt pain everywhere on my body.
I coughed blood as I was still kissing Karma, but kept going until he lost conscious.
I pulled away and saw that three of his tenticales stabbed both my legs and stomach
"I..Is...t..this fi..ne"
"Yeah, hang in there Nagisa!"
Korosensei then removed Karma's tenticales
"Good Job Nagisa"
"Yeah" I nodded but my vision went black and I felt my whole body become numb.
