I've really never done anything like this, it was my first time doing colored lineart and a digital background and it took me . . . bordering on two weeks now? Tons of little drawing periods after all my homework was done.
It's ambitious enough to guarantee mistakes, but I don't care. Those happen anyway. I love Cody, yes indeed I do. I hope all his aunts/uncles in the audience feel the same.
Also, of you can't tell by the title, I was super inspired by Shawn Wasabi's Otter Pop! I got into it again shortly before starting this and decided to actually give it a real title in the form of my favorite lyrics from it. They really remind me of the melting summers we get in Arizona, especially since we have both mojave and agave here! I rediscovered Sleepgrim's meme as a result, which is awesome because I LOVE Sleepygrim but also because some of her illustrations heavily inspired the background.
