chiseled to perfection
not a flaw to be seen
your job is to make money
so be strong and think:
blue shirts,
blue dollars,
but don't touch the pink
a bottle of adrenaline;
protein shakes and beer,
don't tell her how you feel
don't ever be sheer
don't cry when you're in pain
shower yourself in testosterone,
you're a man not a boy
don't let your tears be shown
don't show any love
god knows what they would say;
you'll be the talk of the locker room
you don't want them to think you're gay
be tough and smart
or you'll be easy to destroy
after all
you're just a boy.
