Error's Pov
There I was. Stood unmoving. My eyes locked on the two figures that stood only a few meters away. I could see them arguing, yet I heard no sound. Everything seemed to be deathly quite and my breath stilled.
The wind slowly picked up pace, causing a mild blizzard. Rapidly falling snow obscured my vision and I lost sight of the two figures I had been watching. Nevertheless, I could still feel their presence.
"I think I see someone over there!"
Snapping back to my senses, I started backing away as I saw someone approaching. My hands and legs started shaking. My steps were unsteady and loud. The light static that had made its way into the back of my head was getting louder and louder as I lost control over my actions. All I could see was the blurry shadow of someone approaching fast.
A sudden jolt of pain enveloped me as my back hit a tree, causing a yelp to come out of my mouth. My hands darted to my mouth. The footsteps had come to a stop, the figure stopped moving.
Tears stung my eyes as I slid down towards the forest floor, back still against the pine tree. Eyes wide and fixated on the snow, I hugged my legs closer to my body.
Closing my eyes as the person took slow steps towards me again, I let out a tired sigh.
I guess this is how its going to end.

I know that this isn't the normal length of my chapters, but I felt bad for not updating in so long. I don't promise the next one being out soon, but I beg you to be patient with me.
