Era:
My eyes flutter open, the light filling in black cracks. I moan, pain shooting through me. Slowly I lift myself up, looking around. Nothing is familiar, even Hunter isn't here.
"Where am I?" I whisper.
My eyes begin to adjust to the darkness and I make out a broom, a mop, a bucket of soapy water among other things. I'm in the janitor's closet in the prison, I guess. I never thought of there being a janitor, but I guess there would have to be to keep the rooms where the Prick is done clean and sterile. Hunter must have left me here when I hurt my leg.
"Hunter..." I think out loud, "He's not safe."
I begin to panic, thinking about it. I glance at the pool of blood around my leg, and make a split second decision. I grit my teeth, preparing for the pain that is to come, and begin to drag myself out the door.
