"No, Max.. Please.. don't do this." Neil reaches for his gun in defense of what Max could do, but he's unsure if it would even hurt him.
Max bends over, trying to swipe at Neil, in response Neil shoots his gun, hitting Max's abdomen, giving him enough time to run up the stairs. Max roars after him, following him up the stairs, crawling on his arms. Neil runs as fast as his legs can carry him, through the halls and to the cafeteria where he knows everyone will be, but Max is fast and soon catches up. Neil runs through the cafeteria doors, falling through as he does so. The others look to him, Sam running over and pulling out his own gun as he pulls Neil from the double doors.
"Its Max!!" Sam yells, sure that he was the thing chasing Neil.
