If you didn't see in the last part I announced that requests will be open permanently! This means that you can request what you want anytime you want it may take a while for me to do it *cough* procrastination *cough* so request away! I have posted a version of the form in the comments of the first part of this book as to make it easier for you guys (also to make sure that I get all the info I need-backstory and personality are optional)
