Just Some Random Stuff

This isn't something about the books it's just some random stuff but it's important.

In English we're writing a narrative essay that should be 2-3 pages long and it had to be descriptive and everything. Figurative language and dialogue should be included and the story elements too. And like I said I can't summarize so that means I can't write a 2-3 page essay that has to be descriptive. I have been writing this essay since Monday and I finished today, that says how much work I have put into it, and then whole thing turned out to be 5 pages.

Now I condensed a lot of the ending because I was already almost done with page 4 and my teacher told me to just skip over some parts and then I had to conclude everything so 5 pages was a summarized version. I finished tidy in class so I called my teacher I've over to read through it to see if I need to make any changes because the rough draft is due tomorrow.

While she was reading she was like "it's really good so far and you're very descriptive" until... she was like "but you don't ned any of this or this stuff it's just taking up space, I know it's important but it's only a 2-3 page essay now if it was a 10 page essay it would be perfect but you have to take a lot of this out and just get to the point." And I was like uhhhhhh..... I WORKED SO HARD IN IT AND SHE WANTED ME TO CUT A LOT OF IT OUT! And then at the end she was like "I love your writing style its very descriptive but the thing is you describe everything you're doing and not too much about what you're feeling and the surroundings" which I knew I had that struggle with by reading some of my other works but I've been trying to get better but she just said to cut some other stuff out and put some scenery in. Oh and she wanted me to cut a lot of the dialogue out and I was like in my head so pretty much cut half my story off. It was just awful, I worked so hard and a lot of it just got cut but whatever and it was very descriptive parts too😭 but I'm really glad that my teacher liked my writing style and loved the story so that's all that matters!

I was just about to go and play my video game when my mom called me in saying that the guy ice skater from team USA that I wanted to see was up, so of course I came out to watch. I watched and I was a little disappointed because he tripped on a few things but he still did really good. When he was off the ice though it sounded like they were calling him Joe but his name is Nathan Chen, nothing that sounds like Joe, and then I realized that that wasn't him😂😂 it was another guy, Vincent Zhuo or something and I was like WHAAAAA. I watched a random guy ice skate thinking it was another guy but I'm glad that he wasn't Nathan because we are all counting on him. Not really sure about which part this is part but Zhuo is first right now! Yayyy go team USA!!🇺🇸🇺🇸

Quick question-
Who are the judges and the commentators?? Are they post olympians or something because I don't see why people are judging other people on a sport that they are better than them. I do hope the judges are post olympians and not just people who do that sport but not an expert because that's not right for someone judging another if that person who is being judged is better than the person who is judging, if thy makes any sense.
