She pauses for a while,
she takes her final breath;
He holds her by his side,
her best friend, he is Death;
She was among a multitude,
who lay down so he could have a job;
Others had fought hard to live,
but she had a longing for his heart;
She believed she could heal him,
but there was nothing to heal;
He was but an idea,
a soulless entity;
She went away with no goodbye,
but a hello to this friend;
He had taken many people,
she was just another end;
With no feelings in his touch,
he looks with aged experience;
Has got her now in his clutch,
another in his sequence;
He moves on to the next,
but she still says hello to the rest;
He wonders what guides her and what's giving her that strength,
She says,"It's the feeling of tomorrow, my friend.'Cause tomorrow I won't exist."

A/N:I learnt two things from this one:
1. We have but a limited existence.
2.Good girls can't always rein in bad boys(that cliche just doesn't apply...(before you throw tomatatoes at me)- at least it doesn't always apply...)
