In Which...

There Is A Girl And There Is Blood

I have discovered James Eisner is always in the wrong places at the wrong time. He just so happened to be walking down the corridor slightly behind Jo, Bonnie and I, when Jo bent over to tie her shoelaces.

"Ew, Jo, I think you've had an accident!" James guffawed, pointing to Jo's backside in the air as she tied her laces. As I suspected, Jo had a dark patch on her grey shorts. She had been complaining of a stomach ache all morning, I should have guessed.

Jo straightened up, turning round to face James, who now looked disgusted.

"It's called a period, moron, and most women get them. It's no accident. At least I'm not pregnant, eh, guys?" Jo laughed, looking to me and Bonnie.

"Preach it sister!" Bonnie cried, chuckling at James' stunned expression. He expected embarrassment - but not from us. Periods were nothing embarrassing, most women get them and all men know that.

But, then again, it being James makes it doubtful he really knows anything.

"Yeah, well, you're still a lesbo, Eve."

"I know." I replied.

I'm not sure why James was so shocked, he had known all along, after all.
