Tobirama x Oc

Chapter 14

(Time skip 3 weeks)

I was sitting next to Hashirama at his desk with my feet up on my chair, with my knees to my chest clutching a warm cup of hot chocolate as I listened to him explain his plans. Suddenly a puff of smoke appeared and Hashirama and I both stood up and got prepared to fight but Shiro stepped out of the cloud

"How did you even get here I didn't summon you" I asked and he did the closest thing to a shrug that I think he could

"We need help something is happening" he said seriously and I frowned

"I'll be right back Hashi" I said walking around the desk

"Do you want to take Tobirama with you in case?" He asked slightly worried and I shrugged

"He went off to do something a bit ago.. I should be fine" I said and he nodded right as we vanished. I was standing in ankle deep freshly fallen snow, it was cold in the village so I was already wearing warm clothes so I didn't even shiver from cold air as hit blew past me, making my hair fly back slightly. The thing that caught me off guard was that this normally snowy tree area seemed like a winter wonderland, there were long beautiful icicles hanging from all the trees that would not normally be there and there were posts all around with fire lit to illuminate the area. The thing that made me almost drop my mug was that Tobirama was standing in front of me in this lightly snowing wonderland in middle of a ring of the fire lit posts, with a light blush and shy smile. I smiled widely and walked over to him and realized as I did so that there was an heart sculpture made of ice right behind him. I mentally took note that he used his water style and the below freezing temperature to create it as well as the icicles and other oddly shaped pieces of ice surrounding us.

"What's this about?" I asked when I got in front of him.

"I was thinking.... about the first few times we met.. we really didn't get off on a good foot.. either time" he said kind of awkwardly as he grabbed my mug from me and set it on top of the heart behind him. I stayed silent because he seemed as though he wasn't done and I was enjoying this adorable side of Tobirama. He took in a slightly shaky breath before he continued

"But for some reason you wanted me to accept your clan and... to this day I don't know why my opinion mattered so much to you.. but to this day and every day since I have been thankful for your stubbornness" he said more confidently and I couldn't stop smiling up at him

"Asuka you are wonderful.. I am convinced that if you had not become such a prominent part of my life, I would be a very stuck up person. You have become a necessity and I can honestly say that I have no idea what I would do without you here" he said his blush getting a bit darker as he fished around in his pocket

"I love you Asuka" he muttered as he kneeled down and pulled a box out if his pocket. I covered my mouth and resisted the urge to tackle him to the ground as I grinned behind my hands

"Will you marry me?" He asked and I nodded really fast not even looking at the ring

"Of course I will.. I love you too" I said as I hauled him to his feet and wrapped my arms around his neck laughing. He let out a long breath and wrapped me in a tight hug and spun me around.

"You seemed stressed...Why were you worried?" I asked

"I don't know.. I didn't want to mess this up" he muffled into my neck and I giggled. He set me back down and I actually looked at the in his hand, it had a diamond in the center and three sapphires on either side of it. He carefully slipped it on my finger and I smiled brightly looking back up into his deep red eyes. I couldn't think of anything to say so instead I just threw myself at him with enough strength to knock us both to the ground. I felt his arms wrap securely around me and I had mine wrapped tight around him with my face buried in his chest.
