The end of Tiffu #3

Fear

*Kion's dream*
Kion is running around in a black empty space. He couldn't see anyone or anything.
"Hello? Is anyone here?" Asks Kion as stares into the darkness.
Kion hears his voice echo.
"Help!"
Kion's ears prick up the sound of someone calling for help. The voice sounds female.
"Where are you?!" Shouts Kion.
The cries of help grow more desperate and Kion can hear screams of pain.
"Fuli?!" Shouts Kion.
Kion runs as fast as he can to the voice. Kion gasps as he sees the figure of Fuli lying on her side. She is not moving. Kion runs to get to Fuli's side but a ghostly figure blocks his path.
"Kion Run!" Shouts Fuli.
"I'm coming for you lion cub." Says the ghost.
"Scar?" Asks Kion.
*End of Kion's dream*

Kion wakes up in the den at PrideRock. He is breathing hard and his heart is beating fast.
'That nightmare again?'
Kion looks at his claws and sees that they are unsheathed. He must've been clawing at the rock beneath him because he can see the claw marks.
"Yikes" he whispers as he retracts his claws.
He begins to feel thirsty and quietly leaves the den without waking anyone up.

Kion arrives at the waterhole and sees a beautiful cheetah having a drink.
"Hey Fuli, you're up early." Says Kion walking to her side.
"Likewise." She replies. "Are you ok? You seem a little...off?"
Fuli knows Kion too well. When something is up, she can tell just by look at him.
"Well, I haven't been sleeping well." Kion replies.
"Is there a reason?" Fuli asks.
Kion forces a smile and shakes his head. "I don't know, but when I find out I'll tell you."
He licks Fuli's cheek and she smiles.
"Ok, if you say so." Says Fuli.
She walks past Kion as he takes a drink. When he looks up, she's gone.
"Fuli?"
"Huweezi!" She yells as she pins down Kion.
"Ok, ok, you got me. Can I get up now please?" Asks Kion.
"Hmm...no." Laughs Fuli.
"Please?"
"Fine."
Fuli gets off of Kion but he jumps and pins her down.
"Got you now." He smirks.
"Haha. Can you get off now?" Fuli replies.
"Not until I get a kiss."
Fuli reaches up and gives him a kiss. The two stare into each others eyes for what seemed like hours. Fuli clears her throat snapping Kion out of his trance.
"Sorry." He says as he gets off of Fuli.
Fuli glances up at the sky. All of the animals should be waking up soon.
"Let's get to the lair. Hopefully everyone will be on time." Says Fuli.
The two start making their way to the Lion Guard lair to meet up with their friends.
