i was laying in bed on my phone when i heard my front door open.

i sprung up, knowing it was my boyfriend, and ran downstairs to him.

"hi baby." he smiled and brought me in for a hug.

"hi." i hugged back and smiled.

we let go and went back to my room and laid on my bed.

"wanna watch a movie?" he asked. i nodded and handed him the remote to the tv.

he scrolled through a bunch before he finally chose (your favorite movie).

i smiled at him and we snuggled closer together.

about halfway through the movie i heard faint snores coming from next to me and looked to see noah sleeping.

i smiled as i reached over to get the remote and turned to tv off.

i put the remote next to me on my nightstand and laid down with noah.

i closed my eyes and soon, right before i was gonna fall asleep, i heard him say something.

"thank god that movie's off, i hate it."

i sighed.

"thank god i love you, noah grossman. or you'd be dead meat right about now."

"i love you too." he said, as i felt him smile.

tonight was a good night.

even though i was insulted, it was a good night.
