Zayn has sympathy pains

"It looks like baby A is a boy" Zayn says when he saw blue balloons

"Amaya it's okay we have another way we are going to find out" Perrie says as she comforts her daughter cause her box all of the balloons exploded

"Zayn it looks like you are going to do some graffiti" Perrie says when she saw a blank canvas hung on the line

Zayn grabbed the paint and started cause it was marked baby b

"No way" he says when he saw blue paint

"Check the others" Niall says

Zayn saw all kinds of blue

"Zayn we are having twin boys" Perrie says as she was going to kiss him

Zayn was over the moon for having twin sons

(Months later)

The babies were in the teething stage now so Zayn was always up with them cause he had to go out on food runs for Perrie so he didn't mind bringing the babies along cause they got something cold to help numb their gums   

"Mommy has been having these weird ice cream cravings lately" he says as he was loading the girls up so they could go out to get what Perrie was craving for 

Zayn had wrote down what she wanted this time and was going to be on top of it 

(Later)

"Perrie i got your craving" he says as he was going to set the babies down in their playpen for the time being 

"Yummy" she says as she was going to have (favorite flavor here) and sardines

Zayn was holding his back 

"Zayn you okay?" Perrie asks him 

"I think the girls are starting to get heavy for me to carry on my own" he says as he was going to get a heating pad for his back since his back was hurting him at the moment 

"You sure about that?" she asks him 

"I am sure i am going to go to bed" he says as he was going to go back to bed and he was going to take the babies with him that time 

"Okay i will be up soon" she say to him 

"I better sleep in the other bed" he says as he was going to go tot he other bed that they had in the room 

(Morning)

Perrie wakes up to hear Zayn throwing up

"Zayn babe are you okay?" she asks as she was looking in on him cause she was concerned for him 

 "Just fine something isn't agreeing with me is all" he says as he went back to throwing up 

Perrie was going to get the babies up cause they were wide awake and ready to start the day and she was going to check on the girls as well

"Aqua i think you are ready for a big girl bed love" Perrie says when she sees the little girl standing in the room with her diaper off 

"Me big girl" Aqua says as she was going to go play 

"Hang on little lady let's see if you have to potty first" Perrie tells her  

Aqua does what she is told and uses the potty cause she doesn't hear or see daddy yet 

(Days later)

"Ellie I am worried about Zayn" Perrie says as she was talking to her girlfriend  

"Why is that Perrie?" Ellie asks her 

"He has been acting weird lately" Perrie tells her

"Take him tot he doctor's and see what is going on with him" Ellie says to her

"Can you and Louis come to watch the girls?" Perrie asks her 

"Sure i can Louis loves watching the girls" Ellie says as she was going to tell Louis where they were going to go 

(Later)

"Perrie what are we doing here?" Zayn asks her 

"We are going to see what is going on with you" she says as she was going to help him in the doctor's   

Zayn sees that they are at her doctor's 

"Perrie i am not pregnant" he says to her 

"The way you are acting you are" she says as she was going to sign him in 

Zayn takes a seat as they were going to wait to be called back 

(Later)

"Malik" the nurse says 

Perrie helps Zayn up and they head back to see what is going on with him 

"We need to check your weight Mr. Malik" the nurse says to him 

Zayn does what he is told cause that was the only way he was going to see the doctor 

"Interesting" the nurse says as she writes down the weight 

After the weight they went in a room to wait for the doctor to come in the room 

(Later)

"Perrie how are you doing?" the doctor asks her

"Fine i am worried about Zayn he is acting like he is pregnant" she says to the doctor 

"Let me talk to him for a minute" the doctor says as Perrie was going to leave the room 

Perrie kisses Zayn before she leaves

"Zayn are you feeling left out cause Perrie is pregnant?" the doctor asks him 

"How do you know?" he asks the doctor 

"I see it all of the time in first time dads that are expecting it's called sympathy pains" the doctor says as he was talking to Zayn 

"For a second though i thought i was having a baby" he says as he was looking back on his symtoms of what he had so far 

  Perrie comes back in to be with Zayn

"Well Zayn has sympathy pains" the doctor tells Perrie

"What can we do to make him to go back to normal?" she asks the doctor 

"If he has any guy friends they can give him a guy shower to help get ready for the baby" the doctor tells her 

"Perfect" she says as she was going to leave 

"Zayn i am going to give you an empathy belly to wear, so you can feel along with Perrie" the doctor says as he gave Zayn the belly to wear for the time being
