Part 3

"Okay do you feel like you have to push again?" he asks her

"Not yet....................wait a minute yes," she says as she was looking at him cause she felt the contractions kick right back up again

"Okay, you want me to catch Luke?" He asks her

"Of course cause the bloody doctor is not here yet and it is making me mad that he blew us off," she says as she got ready to go again

"Like before like the contractions do the work and push when you feel the need," he tells her

Perrie nods as she goes back to pushing Luke into the world

"You are doing just fine babe" he says as he comforts her cause delivery is going a little quicker for her and she was going to be able to rest and hold both of the boys in her arms after all this time cause she was fully ready to meet them and feed them, and Zayn was going to be on daddy duty as she takes a long rest

Perrie let the contractions do most of the work and she really pushed when she felt the need to do so

"One more push and Luke will be here," Zayn tells her

Perrie pushes until she felt Luke leave her

"Our last one is here," he says as he hands Luke over cause the nurse came in yet again to help with delivery

Perrie was exhausted from the delivery in general and she could not wait to hold the boys, but she was hit with another contraction

"I hope this is the afterbirth," she says as she was still delivering right now

"Perrie you did great," he says as he kisses her as they wait to hold the boys right now

"Zayn something doesn't feel right," she says as she was still pushing right now

"What does it feel like?" He asks her

"Like not the after birth," she says as she was letting the contractions do the work right now

Zayn checked her and he was shocked at what he saw

"Perrie it's another baby," he says when he saw the top of a head come out 

Perrie was going to do what she did before and let the contractions do the work and she was going to push when she felt the need to

"Good Perrie this one is coming out faster than the boys," he says as he was going to catch the baby

Perrie kept going cause she wanted it to end completely

"How didn't the doctor detect this one?" She asks as she was still pushing with what she had left in her cause she wanted to sleep and she was going to earn it as she was pushing really good

"I don't know," he says as he was going to catch this one as the nurse was standing by just in case Zayn had troubles and he hasn't had any troubles at all with the delivery

Perrie pushes until the last baby slipped from her and she was glad when it was over for good and she was not in any more pain

"Well you got your girl babe," he says as he was cleaning out the new baby's mouth and nose do she could cry

Perrie was glad that she had her girl and she was done having babies for awhile

"Here we go to mommy now baby girl," he says as he hands her the new baby

Perrie held the new baby and she was in love with all three of her kids

"She looks like a Zara" Perrie says as she was looking at the baby that she had on her

"It seems she likes that name," he says as he was looking at her as she was going to get comfy on mommy right now 

Soon two nurses brought the boys over as the doctor finally came in to take care of the afterbirth right now cause Perrie was going to do pills to help get over the hump

"Zayn look at these cute babies," she says as she was looking at each of them 

"Yeah just as beautiful," he says as they kissed

Zara wanted to be held by daddy and Zayn was going to hold her for the time being 

"Here we go to daddy sugar," she says as she passes the baby over, so he could hold Zara 

Zara was happy when she was with daddy right now 

"Well she is a daddy girl like the others are," Perrie says as she was looking at Zara cause she was not wrapped up like her brothers were and she didn't have a diaper on either   

"I hope she doesn't have any accidents," Perrie says as she was looking at him 

"I think she peed on me," he says as he feels liquid on him

Part 4 is up and it's epic
