It could be any character X your oc or my oc cause why not. It could be a drawing request of your oc [Not in armor <...<] There are some rules
Do not giving a plot or something to follow. It will be OC X Cannon character or whatever wherever I want it to be.
Do not rush me. I've got school as well as many others. You're allowed to message me to make sure that it's going well but do not demand me for it right away.
Do not put like nine problems on a character. Choose one. Example: Deaf!North X Agent Carolina.
Do not complain about it being posted on this book. I get its your oc and I'll try to state that it's your oc. A genuine thank you would be nice or something like that.

Now. For a drawing of your oc, you have to give me a semi descriptive paragraph. If you're unable to do that, a template with the following will be alright;

Nickname:
Last>Country Name:
Personality:
Hair Color:
Hair Style:
Eye Color:
Armor Colors: (For a story request)
Weapon Of Choice: (For story requests)

Now for story requests! If you want your oc X a cannon character, I'm gonna need you to give the template. For two cannon characters, I know what they look like so, don't bother with the template.
