After all that,we decided to look in Mackenzie's dairy and phone again. It hurt me right in the heart when we had to do this. I miss her so much. I quietly sobbed in my room when Ruby came upstairs.
"Hey A-What's wrong?"
"Oh um nothing."
"Come on!Please Annie..."
"It's nothing.."
"I'm bringing Johnny upstairs."
"Why?"
"Just wait!"
She went downstairs and brought Johnny upstairs and he closed the door.
"Ans?Whats wrong?"
"Nothing!"
"Stop lying to me."
"I'm not."
"Friends don't lie,Ans."
"Stop being Eleven."I said as I walked to my dresser. He then picked me up and put me on my bed. He started tickling me like crazy,as I laughed out loud.
"Johnny stop!"
"Never! Not if you don't tell me."
"St-stop."I said laughing.
"Tell me!!"
"Fine! I'm just upset about Kenzie, okay?
"There's something else."
"No."
"Yes."

"Fine! I'm also upset because I feel like Hayden's mad at me since we are really good friends."
He finally stopped tickling. "Aw Ans.If you want,I'll talk to him for you."
"No it's okay. Let's go downstairs and read this diary."
"Okay."
We walked downstairs and saw everyone laughing at us. "What?" Johnny asked. "The lovebirds finally came downstairs." Nadia said. I looked over at Hayden. He looked angry. I realized I got a shade of pink on my cheeks along with Johnny as we just smiled at each other. "Oooo!!They're not denying it!" Maddie teased.
"Oh shush!"I said,as Johnny laughed.
"Annie? Can I talk to you for a second?"
Hayden asked. Uh-oh.
"Yeah sure!I'll be right back,Johnny." I said as he nodded for approval.
"Ooo she only said bye to Johnny and not the rest of us!" Lauren teased.
"Hey we have feelings too!"Ruby cried.
"Yeah Ans!" Nadia and Maddie said. They knew I loved it when Johnny said Ans,I'm not sure how they know that though. I followed Hayden into the bathroom.
"Hey Hayden-"
"WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!"
"Wha-what?"
"Why are you and Johnny flirting?!"
"We're just really good friends! And why do you care?We aren't dating!"
"But hannie is meant to be!"
"Hayden stop!I can be friends with whoever I want!"
"No you can't!We are supposed to be dating and you and Johnny better stop flirting!"
"Stop it! Your being so cruel and being a horrible person right now! I decide who I want to be my friend,and you aren't my friend!"
"I'm your boyfriend!"
"NO YOU'RE NOT!"
"Yes I AM!" He said slapping me in the face. I fell on the ground with a huge tha dump sound. I hit my head really hard on the ground,until I saw Johnny bust open the door.
"What is going on here?!Hayden what the heck did you do to her?!"
"I knocked some sense into her!"
"GET OUT!" I screamed.
"What?"
"Get our of my house you douchebag!"
"Whatever.I don't need you." He said storming out.
I just sat on the floor and cried my heart out to Johnny.
