Max's POV

"MAX! Max please wake up! Please" my twin brother Zeke cried

I open my eyes and groaned

My body ached everywhere. It felt like I was hit by a baseball bat...... because I was

Zeke sighed in relief and hugged me making me flinch and groan in pain

"Oh my God I'm sorry Max" he said quickly pulling away

"Where'd they put me this time" I whispered

"They put you in the room with me"

I thanked the moon goddess they didn't leave me in the woods like last time

Flash back

"STUPID OMEGA" The third I'm command Zack yelled in my face

"I'm sorry" I whimpered

"WHAT WAS THAT YOU PIECE OF SHIT"

I stayed silent making him angrier

He began punching me in the face while some other pack members came and kicked me repeatedly

I curled up in fetal position as they began to stomp on my body

"This is what you get you stupid Omega, have all of our clothes washed when we tell you to next time" he said before spitting in my face and walking away

They left me in the middle of the woods with broken bones and blood slowly pouring out of places where they hit repeatedly, I could feel the bruises started to form all over my body already

I was too weak to get up so I layed there all night and into the morning until Zeke found me

Flash back over

That was three days ago I'm still not fully healed but I'd rather them beat me up then to beat Zeke up

"Did they do anything to you" I whispered leaning up against the wall
"No, but they said that as soon as you wake up we have to start cooking for the alphas 16th birthday party tomorrow"

"Ahh-okay" I groaned

"Please stay here I can do all the cooking" Zeke pleaded

"No Zeke i-ahh have to help you"

"No! Stay here"

"Zeke I am helping you"

"Yes"

"Ha! I am and I'm helping you"

"Fine but you only making small things"

Zeke helped me up and threw my arm over his shoulder and helped me walk downstairs to the kitchen

Since it was almost 12 pm most of the pack members asleep, resting for the alphas party tomorrow

We made it to the kitchen and Zeke already had the stuff set out to make the food

"Alright you can make the small things like sandwiches and small appetizers I'll make the rest" Zeke instructed me

I sat down at the island and started making all different types of sandwiches and appetizers while Zeke stared on things like ham,turkey,Mac and cheese, cake, and other foods and desserts

Timeskip 3 hours

We had almost every done all we had to do was finish the cakes and others desserts

"Max I'm done" Zeke called from across the kitchen

"Okay, so am I"

"Let's go to sleep"

I nodded and Zeke helped me up the stairs and into our 'room' which was really just an old storage closet with a small dresser and a piece of cardboard covered by a thin sheet as our 'bed'

Zeke slowly helped me down on to our 'bed' and then lated down next to me

He curled into my side and fell asleep as I layed away thinking

Max let me take some of the pain away my wolf Alex faintly whispered

No Alex

Please Max I can't stand seeing you in pain

Alex, nothing you can do will stop it so why make you feel the pain

He mumbled something I couldn't understand then blocked me out

Now you maybe wondering how I can talk to my wolf but I've been beaten up so badly, well I'll tell you

Once I was sent out to search for a lost pack member and ended up stranded in the woods for 3 days.

In those three days I hadn't realized it was my birthday and ended up shifting and getting my wolf

My wolf is a dirty blondish color with really light blue eyes

Long story short I got my wolf, then pack eventually came looking for me and took me back

Anyways after about five minutes I drifted off into sleep
