Think of me when the sun has set
When the purples and reds and crimsons have met,
Think of me when the rain has stopped,
When the shimmering rainbow has finally come out,
Think of me when you see a shooting star,
Make a wish, I'll make one too from afar,
Think of me when your wish comes true,
When your dreams bear wings and take flight with you,
Think of me when you walk in the sand,
When the playful waves tickle your feet, and,
Think of me when you go to sleep,
I am not lost, I am your heart's to keep.

So there you are! Double update! Although I wonder how many are actually reading this, but oh well. It doesn't hurt to keep dreaming and hoping, which is essentially a major part of this poem.
