We all had a great time eating and talking until the stupid nurse ruined it.
Nurse: Hello! I'm sorry to interrupt the moment here, but I need to check up on the patient. Would you all please leave?
Her voice was sweet, but the gross kind of sweet. The kind that makes you want to puke up everything you had for the past week. We all left so she could do her job. I looked at her as I exited the room and I swear, this bitch glared at me. Like, if looks could kill I'd be dead a billion times over. I don't trust this lady.
Me: I don't like that lady. I don't trust her.
Hyungwon: Why? We all thought she was hot.
Me: I don't know. I just got these vibes from her. And the way she looked at me? I'd be six feet under if looks had the power to kill.
Shownu: It's probably nothing.
Father Shownu might be right, but I just can't seem to shake the feeling that I'll be seeing her more often.
Jooheon: I don't know. Maybe you guys thought she was hot, but I'm with (Y/n) on this one. I don't think she's as good as she looks. Like, I'm scared that we entrusted Wonho to her. She looked at him like she was a snake and he was her prey.
I saw Jooheon shiver and I did the same. Glad I'm not the only one. After some time, the door opened and the devil in white walked out.
Nurse: He's sleeping right now, but you can go back inside.
Sleeping? He was just fine before she went in there. Did the check up really tire him out that much? How? Unless it was because of the pain medicine she gave him, which is a likely scenario. We all walked back into the room and saw Wonho lying down. Of course, I noticed there was something wrong. He had a mark on his neck that wasn't there before. We literally just started dating, and this happens already.
Minhyuk: (Y/n)? What's up?
There must have been a change in my expression. Minhyuk looked at what I was looking at and gasped lightly, not to alarm anyone. I walked out of the room and instead of Minhyuk following me out like I thought he would, it was Jooheon.
Jooheon: I know you saw it too.
I nodded, my eyes welling with tears.
Jooheon: Now let's not jump to conclusions. I know Wonho isn't like that. And besides, he really likes you and you guys just started dating like an hour ago.
Me: I told you I didn't like that nurse. I knew that something was going to happen.
