It was late at night when shivika returned home as they entered they saw lights were off indicating that everyone has slept
Ani:lagta hai sab sogaye hai(whispers)(it seems everyone is sleeping)
Shiv:perfect (smirks)
Ani:kya perfect (what perfect)
Shiv:aree i mean yeh perfect time hai romance karne ka beech me naa dadi hai na koi problem(i mean this the perfect time to romance)
Ani: haww aap apni dadi ko problem keh rahe hai tauba tauba (your calling dadi as problem)
Shivaay rolls his eyes at his drama queen
Shiv: romantic mood pe raita phailana koi tumse sikhe
Anika laughs n pecks his lips while shivaay grins mischievously while anika hits his shoulder
Ani: accha ab bohot late hogaya hai aap jaayeyi aur sojaayeyi (ok now its late u go n sleep)
Shivaay (makes puppy) tum bhi chalo sone ( u also come n sleep)
Ani:(kisses his cheeks) jaayeyi (go)
Shiv:ok good night baby (he pecks her lips)
Anika blushes while shivaay leaves smiling
Anika is about to go to her room when she hears someone crying slowly
Ani: iss waqt kaun jaag raha hai? (Whose awake at this time)
She ons the side lamp and to her shock pinky is sitting on the sofa with her hands catching her forehead she looked tired and pale anika goes n sits besides her
Ani:(tensed) pinky aunty aap yaha iss waqt (pinky aunty u here at this time)
Pinky: anika (low voice)
Anika was shocked to see her red eyes and tired face it seemed she was crying since a long time
Ani: aunty aap soye nhi (bi mistake she touched her hands which were burning) oh my god aapke haath itne garam kyu hai (she touched her forehead) aapko toh bohot bukhaar hai rukiye mai shivaay ko bulati hu (aunty u have high fever wait lemme call shivaay)
She gets up but pinky holds her hands
Pinky: rehne de anika abhi abhi shivaay ki zindagi mein khushiyan aayi hai mai usse tensions nhi dena chahti tu bhi jaa aaram kar mai theek hu (leave it anika after a long time shivaay is happy I dont want to give him tension am ok u also go n take rest)
Ani: aise kaise rest aunty aapko bukhaar hai rukiye mai abhi aati hu (how can i rest u have fever u wait ill just come)
After sometime
Anika goes to her room changes her dress and comes back with a balm some medicines water and cloth she gives pinky medicines makes her lay down n applies balm on her forehead and starts keeping cloth dipped in cold water to reduce the temperature
Pinky holds her hand
Pinky: anika beta kis mitti ki bani hai tu maine tere saath itna bura tu phir bhi.....(anika cuts her)
Ani: sab bhul jaayiye aunty aaram kijiye plz (forget everything n rest plz)
Pinky has tears in her eyes she caresses anika's hair lovingly n drifts in sleep being tired anika keeps on repeating the act to reduce the temperature
In the morning
Shivaay wakes up and the first thing he does is goes to anika's room but gets shocked not finding her there
Shiv: jogging ke liye gayi hogi (she must have gone for jogging)
After sometime everyone comes in the hall and are shocked to see the scenario pinky is sleeping on the sofa and anika is sleeping down besides her holding her legs in kneeling position with Pinky's hand on anika head
Pinky wakes up n sees anika sleeping in uncomfortable position she caresses her hair lovingly anika suddenly wakes up n panics
Ani: aunty aap theek hai mai mai doctor ko bulao aapko bukhaar toh nhi haina (she checks her temperature)
Pinky: mai bilkul theek anika chinta mat kar (am ok anika)
Anika helps pinky in getting up when they entire family down who are watching them in 'aww' while a blue pair of eyes admiring his lady with love and respect
Om: bhabhi aap aur choti maa yaha kyu soye the (why u n pinky mom were sleeping here)
Ani:voh kuch nhi om tu jaldi se doctor ko phone karona plz (nothing om plz call the doctor)
Shivaay panicked and went to anika
Shiv: doc....doctor kyu bulana hai tum....tum theek hona haaa? (Panic)
Ani:relax shivaay mai theek hu chaliye aunty mai aapko aapke room me chod deti hu tabtak om plz tum doctor ko call karo na
Om: ji bhabhi
Anika takes pinky to her room pinky gets freshen up while doctor comes
Doc: don't worry she is fine thoda fever hai aur weekness hai mai dawai de deta hu plz make sure she eat healthy and takes no stress ok
Doctor leaves
Shiv: (impatiently) anika ab bataogi kya hua hai? (Now will u tell what happened)
Pinky: mai batati hu (ill tell u) kal raat se meri tabiyat theek nhi thi toh puri raat jaagkar anika ne meri seva ki (i was not well since yesterday anika was awake whole night taking care of me)
Everyone looks at anika proudly while shivaay has tears in his eyes
Ani:plz aap rest kijiye ok
Everyone moves out of the room and departs anika is about to move when shivaay holds her wrists
Ani: kya hua shivaay (what happened)
Shivaay looks towards her and takes her in a bone crashing hug
Shiv: thankyou anika thankyou so much mrs oberoi ka dhyaan rakhne k liye jo bhi unhone tumhare saath ki uske baad bhi tum
He stops and anika keeps her finger on his lips
Ani: maine aisa kuch bhi nhi kia shivay wahi kia jo mera farz tha (i haven't done anything great shivaay just did my duty)
Shivaay smiles at her n places a kiss on her forehead
After sometime dadi calls everyone down to make an announcement
Dadi: maine sabko yeh batane k liye bulaya hai ki billu aur anika ki shaadi ki tayaariyaan shuru karni hai
Ani: wohoooo (in excitement)
All giggles at her behaviour while Shivaay smirks anika gets embarrassed
Dadi: lekin usse pehle hum ek shaanti puja karni hai aaj hi toh sab tayaar hojaao (but before that we'll perform a prayer today so all get ready)
Everyone start discussing but shivaay's heart beat gets uneven he starts feeling restless as if SOMETHING BAD IS GOING TO HAPPEN
HE PUSHES HIS THOUGHTS AWAY AS HE SEES HIS FAMILY HAPPY AND TOGETHER
BUT THE FEELING DOES NOT LEAVE HIM
IS SOMETHING REALLY GOING TO HAPPEN?
