Shivaay is sitting like a statue eyes glued on the door of OT omru are continuously consoling him

Om: shivaay bhabhi will be fine shivaay shivaay (om tries to shake him but shivaay has become stone)

Rudy: bhaiya plz kuch boliye naa bhaiyaa bhabhi will be fine u know na she my super woman she is base of " Great wall of sso" toh unko kaise kuch ho sakta hai haina O

All are shocked to see shivaay's condition he completely lost his senses rudra hugs om and starts crying

2 more hours passed by still there was no news what is going in the OT the red signal is still on
Dadi: itna time hogaya koi kuch bata kyu nhi raha doctor bhi bahar nahi aaraha hai rabba meri bacchi to theek kardo (what is happening why isn't doctor saying anything)

After few more minutes doctor comes outside with his head flung down all rush to the doctor

Shiv: kya hua doctor ani...ka anika is ok na usse hosh aaya hum usse ghar lekar jaa sakte haina dekha dadi maine kaha tha meri anika theek hai omru dekha
Dr:AM SORRY MR OBEROI SHE IS NO MORE!

Dadi sits on the bench thudddd...... janvi tej shakti open their mouths but no words come out their eyes are shedding tears pinky leans on the wall n sits down khushi is trying to register what doctor just said rudra leans to om's shoulder both are crying heavily arnav is tooo shocked to react while shivaay is just standing there like a stone remembering all his moments with anika their 'first meet, showing tadi to each other, anika coming as wedding planner, anika saving the OF, him forcing her for marriage, her helpless, shivaay accusations, anika's tears, his guilt, their plans and dramas, their love moments, he realising his love for, her sacrifice, their seperation, they meet again! ,Their reunion, and lastly this!
Om: shivaay shivaayyyyy!
Shiv: how can she do this how can she ditch me like this she promised om she promised me dadi she promised me rudy that she will never leave me how can she break her promise i know i know ki voh muje tadi dikha rahi hai meri anika haina bina tadi dikhaaye maanti nahi hai mai abi abi usse kahunga voh uth jaayegi

(Shivaay is about to go inside the room when doctor stops him)

Doc: mr oberoi plz try n understand she is no more

(Thats it shivaay lost his senses and holds doctors collar)

Shiv: how dare u (shouts) she is my anika my khidkitod anika do u dare say that again that she is no more

Shivaay threatens the doctor the doctor gets scared and leaves from there he dashes inside the room and his breath hitches seeing his lively bubbly chripy anika sleeping lifelessly with oxygen mask put on her lots of machines and syringes attached to body perceing her soft delicate skin she shining face looked to pale and tired her condition pearced his heart taking slow steps with his shaking feet he went towards her he was about to touch her when he withdrew his hands thinking that it might hurt her with trembling hands he kept his hand on her more and more tears started to fall from his eyes when he saw the machine is showing a straight line...!

Shivaay's Confession
Ani...ani...ka see na what....what these doctors are saying that you left they are mad i...i know my anika can never leave me she is a fighter u promised na that u will stay with me forever and as far as i know my anika never breaks her promise then how can you do this haa now common stop being a khumbkaran and get up now even mom is ready to accept our relationship and see u asked me na to forgive mom i will forgive her ill never fight with u i will never call u paanika I promise i will never scold your favourite khannaji i will not break anymore phones I promise plz wake up jaan plz wake! I need you anika i need you plzz (he closes his eyes and takes a deep breath)
I...LO I..... I LOVE YOU ANIKA! I LOVE YOUUUUUUU (he shouts)

He keeps his head on anika's chest and his tears fall on anika heart making her alive again moving her hand a bit she slowly catches shivaay hand making his surprise+happy+shocked

Ani: sh....shiv...aay (faint low voice)
Shiv: anikaa! (Happily) tum theek ho
Ani: (nods slowly with smile on her face) at last you said what I always wanted to hear from you
Shiv: (without any hesitation or showing tadi) I LOVE YOU ANIKA! I LOVE YOU MY BABY❤️
Anika is overwhelmed hearing his confession to his shock
Ani: I LOVE YOU TOO SHIVAAY I LOVE U (pecked his lips)

Shivaay is over the moon hearing her answer he joins her on the bed slowly not hurting her he presses his lips on her taking them into slow and sweet kiss celebrating their newly found love both are busy in their world of kissing when the door opens with flung making everyone go hawwww......😱
