SCRATCH 1: With My Parents

Colleen's point of view:

It's was the middle on the night pero hindi parin ako tulog. Nasanay at naka’gawian ko narin kasi ang pagtambay sa may veranda para mag-stargazing upang magpa’antok.

Sa tuwing maga’gawi naman ang tingin ko sa kabilang banda lagi kung nata’tanaw na may nagma’masid sa akin.

There was form of person holding creature, that bright the eye like a round marble.

‘It's a cat if, I'm not mistaken.’

Gusto ko sanang tingnan kaso pagkurap ko nagla’laho na lamang itong parang bula. Hindi ko na’lang  pinapansin dahil naka’karamdam narin naman ako ng antok sa tuwing su’subok ako.

After closing my room window,   veranda’s door, curtain’s, and turn the lamp shade off, umakyat na ko ng bed tyaka kaagad na nag’talakbong.

“Meow.”that's the last sound na narinig ko before, I surrounded by the dark.

*Dream*

Seeing myself seating on swing look like waiting for something. Then after of waiting there was a black cat followed by a guy wearing black hoodie jacket.

Suddenly the place turn white and the place change, kung kanina nasa park and it's daylight. This time nasa forest at gabi na, thankful nalang sa moon na siyang nagbi’bigay ng light sa way nila. Wala narin yung black fur na kasama nila but, there was another guy wearing overall black.

They stop on front of old dead trunk tree and, the other guy with overall black holding branch of the tree. Compasses the stick then pointing on front of them.

After of what happen the place surrounded by the light.

*Morning Shine*

“Colleen Wake Up!?”it's a hurry voice of my kuya so nag’mulat na ako ng mata. Agad ko din pinikit dahil bigla akong nasilaw sa sikat ng araw mula sa bintana.

“Kuya,why do you open the curtain again?You know that,I hate whenever you do that.”tanong ko bago niya pa mabuksan  ang iba pang kurtina.

“Our parents was arrive soon so better prepare yourself now, before maabutan ka pa nilang ganyan.”sabi niya kaya wala na akong nagawa para ayosin na ang bed ko.

After that pumunta na akong bathroom habang nagka’kamot ng ulo dahil masyado pang’kulang ang tulog ko. Umupo ako sa saradong toilet tyaka sumandal sa may flash non.

*Knock-knock.*

“Colleen don't think to take asleep again,I know you where doing.” bahagyang sigaw ni kuya sa labas.

“Fine,you know me kuya.”balik kung sabi sa kaniya tyaka lumapit sa sink para mag’toothbrush tas nag’hilamos na ako ng mukha pag’katapos.

Lumabas ako saglit para sana silipin si kuya kung lumabas na ng kwarto. Pero nakita ko siyang may kausap sa phone seating on a sofa.

No choice, need ko na magtake ng shower. Bantay sarado ako dito kay kuya kaasar. Kumuha lang akong towel then pumasok na ko ng bathroom.

Moment’s ago, I'm done for preparing so na isipan ko ng bumaba bago pa ako makatanggap ng batok kay kuya.

Habang naba’ba ako ng hagdan natanaw ko sa may living room ang parents namin.

‘Kuya's right they coming home now, No they already here.’

Mom stand when her two eyes stop on me then, she walk and stop waiting for me down the stair.

“We really miss you young lady.”she said while hugging me tight. Daddy just smile at me when he saw us.

“How are you princess?Are you okay?Do you miss us?Please answer me.”hysterical ni mom ‘How can I answer her?If I can't breath’.

“She's not answer you,until you stop hugging her.”dad's request to mom after seeing my face.

‘Thank you dad, I really am.’

Using my eyes dad understand me. I look to mom who's worrying about me but, dad didn't let her to close to me again.

“Food is ready.”bahagyang sigaw ni kuya mula sa kitchen tyaka nagulat sa ayos namin nina mom.

“What happen to you?”tanong niya tyaka lumapit sa akin para tulongan akong tumayo umupo kasi ako sa may hagdanan.

“I'm fine, Mom just miss me.”explain to kuya tyaka tumayo na inala’layan niya naman.

“Let's eat everybody.”I said joyfully but mom cry.......Again her childish attitude.

“Princess,I'm really sorry.”saying mom while crying so dad's hug her.

“Mom,I'm fine okay stop crying your look like younger than me.”sabi ko kaya tumigil na siya sa pag’iyak niya tyaka tumingin sa akin ng nakangiti.

‘Meet my family,the worse and weird one my Mom.’

*Dining Area*

We started eating together after mom's drama, dapat nga ako hindi siya tapos siya pa umiyak. Ayoko na ulit salu’bongin siya, kunti nalang mala’lagotan na ko ng hininga kanina. Joke I love mom and, I truly miss them ni dad. Kaya kahit anong higpit ng yakap niya sa akin, I gladly to accept it.

“Better eat vegetables,than meat.”sabi ni kuya tyaka nilagyan ng gulay ang plate ko.

“Kuya you know that,I hate gulay.” I said tyaka nilagay ko sa plate niya ang nilagay niya sa plate ko.

“Whether you hate it or not. You just need to try for your own health.”explain ni kuya sa akin,as if I'm listening to him.

“Meat is my taste, so stop change it.”after saying does word kuya just continue eating.

‘How can you maintain your curve body?If your not eating nutritious food.’he mumbling something but,I hear it.

“I don't know,see for yourself.”bulong ko then continue eating a steak on my plate.

*Living Room*

Watching movie together, no I'm just eating chips don't care if it's freaking horror.

Napatingin ako sa katabi ko na may hawak na pillow covering his face when ghost flash on a screen.

“What's that freaking post kuya?”I ask him then suddenly something pop up on my mind a brighter idea.

*Click*camera phone.

“Nice.”sabi ko tyaka tiningnan ko yung photo na stolen shot ko kay kuya.Have a epic face but,I found it cute.

“Give me your phone.”he said then muntik na niyang ma’hagip ang cellphone.

“Take it if you can?”sabi ko tyaka tumakbo sa may side ng tv.

“Look kuya.”dugtong ko pointing a ghost on a screen. Then tumakbo ako sa kabilang side then umakyat sa stair.

I lock my door room ng naka’pasok na ako tyaka pumunta sa bed para humiga. Then looking to the picture that stole to kuya that make my day. “OMG,no one can stop meHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.”
