As requested, here's what I've come up with on my first trial, tell me what you like and don't like about this cover and I'll come with a second one. No need to feel hesitant, because this helps me get an idea of what you want and helps me better the cover.

Di_Rossi I've made that fence since I didn't find a free PNG of one. I used the links you sent me as inspiration (the second one). I used the grass for a little colour (even though it's barely there) to balance the overall look (I kept the grass a little dark because otherwise it would look like a teen fiction book). Lastly, the most important thing in your book, the thin strip of light which is lining the "HORIZON". I kept the text pretty simple but created a contrast so it stood out. I was planning on using the silhouette of a house but decided against it since it would look too cluttered. (Is this okay or would you like another trial? You get a maximum of five.)

Trial Three:

I can't lighten the gradient any further than this otherwise it goes all wrong

I can't lighten the gradient any further than this otherwise it goes all wrong. I'll send both of them by mail, you can try them out and see which suits your taste better.
