Pap's POV:

I look over to Undyne "MAYBE TOMORROW WE CAN RACE, I JUST WANNA TAKE A RELAXING STROLL AT THE MOMENT." I say as I continue to walk.

San's POV:

I look over to Paps and Undyne hearing what they say, I nod hearing Pap's response "yup, same with me as well." I say as I let out a small sigh taking in some fresh air.

Undyne's POV:

I roll my eyes "you two are both being lazybones." I mutter chuckling lightly.

Pap's POV:

I look over to Undyne as I pick up Sans "I AM NOT A LAZYBONE! AND I'LL PROVE IT TO YOU!" I say as I hoist Sans back onto my shoulders "LETS SHOW HER SANS!" I say, before rushing forwards...

San's POV:

I feel myself be picked up causing me to look over seeing that Paps was gonna race... Once he sets me down on his shoulders I try to hold on for dear life as I feel us begin to rush forwards...

Undyne's POV:

I look over to Papyrus seeing that he was picking up Sans so I quickly pick up Al and hoist her onto my shoulders before rushing forwards trying to beat Papyrus...

Alphy's POV:

I let out a squeak feeling myself get picked up as i'm setting on Undyne's shoulders "U....undyne...!" I squeak out feeling her rush forwards causing me to close my eyes and grip on for my dear life...

Gaster's POV:

I smile "no problem, Sam." I say as I smile softly.

I nearly burst out laughing seeing that sight of Papyrus, Undyne, Sans, and Alphys racing through the forest Alphys and Sans holding on for dear life. I can't help but fall onto my back setting my hand on my chest as I continue to laugh "Pffft.... Hahahahaha...." I continue to laugh closing my eye sockets feeling tears of laughter spring to my eye sockets.

Pap's and Undyne's POV:

"FUHUHUHU!!!!" I laugh as I continue to rush forwards managing to be just a bit ahead of him.

"NYEHEHEHEH!" I laugh as I race when she had gotten ahead of me I managed to get ahead of her...

Sam's POV:

I suddenly look towards gaster, hearing him laughing on his back. I tilt my head a bit confused, "Are. you okay dadster?" I ask.. But I suddenly look towards the forest... I could have sworn I heard yelling...

"What on earth...."I mutter.

Gaster's POV:

I continue to laugh, "you heard the thing i'm laughing about." I manage to say as I continue to laugh.

Sam's POV:

I look over to gaster again. "Oh really? Heh, And what is that?" I ask with a soft smile.

Gaster's POV:

I sit up hearing what Sam asks, as I wipe a tear from laughing so hard from my eye socket "sans is holding onto Papyrus for dear life while Alphys is holding onto undyne for dear life as both Undyne and Papyrus race." I say smiling widely.

I pause as I look towards the forest "so far Papyrus is in the lead." I say as I cross my legs continuing to watch the scene from the void, I can't help but laugh slightly "Sans possibly cheated teleporting them in front of Undyne and Alphys." I say chuckling lightly.

Sam's POV:

"Pfft-" I put a hand over my mouth laughing.. "Hahaha you should be videotaping that hehehe"I continue to giggle and laugh. "Oh that's good hehe"I pause hearing what sans did.

"Pfft, that doesn't surprise me, he tends to cheat in ...races..." I say, sadly at the end with a sigh..My arms folded slightly and im no longer on my knees.

Gaster's POV:

I look over to Sam giving a small smirk "what if I am and was videotaping it the entire time." I say as I pull out my camera, still recording the entire thing, I show the camera to her and click continue showing what's happening right now.

Sam's POV:

"Heh heh that would be great, you could show sans later, how funny he probably looks holding on..."

I snicker as he shows me the video as its happening... "yup they definitely look ridiculous. Heh heh..." I say watching for a few moments before I look away into the distance at the dark sky scattered with white lights..... "..."

Gaster's POV:

I chuckle lightly at the idea "I may do that now that you've mentioned it." I say chuckling lightly as I continue to look at the camera...

Sam's POV:

My mind begins to stray to memories as I watch the stars..... I rest my hands on my lap....

I remember when me and sans star gazed....and then when we first met....to when we ice skated....

I sigh softly, glancing away at the ground for a moment, loosely hugging my arms before I look back up at the stars.... I remember dad telling me to keep my soul out of sight... to not let another soul see it...

I look down....

Had gaster seen it?.....What would he do....

I rest my hand on my chest, my mind coming up with different scenarios.... None of them were good though... I sigh, opening my eyes, my hand moving away from my chest as I look up at the sky once more.....

Gaster's POV:

I listen to Sams thoughts, but my body immediately freezes when she thinks about if I saw her SOUL.... I just sit there tense and frozen in place before I let out a small sigh turning my head slightly to Sam "Sam..." I ask as I now turn my body towards her still feeling my body want to tense slightly.

Sam's POV:

"Hm?...y..yeah Gaster?" I say when I hear him say my name....

Gaster's POV:

I try to calm my tense body before replying "do you remember when you asked how long I had been there?" I say as I look towards Sam.

Sam's POV:

I feel my body tense up as my eyes widen, my back is towards gaster still...

My hands that rest on my lap, clench nervously "..Y...Yes?" I ask, shakily...

Gaster's POV:

I rub the back of my neck nervously seeing her body tense up. "I may have been there the entire time..." I say as I take my hand off of my neck setting it down in my lap.
