Cracked Screen

"ughhhhhh" I threw my phone against the wall, I only then realized shit I have an IPhone! I then rushed over to it and not surprisingly, my beloved IPhone was cracked on both the front and back. great!

"are you ok up there?" Lexi shouted

"yup I will be down in a minute" I sighed picking my now shattered phone up

I ran down the stairs grabbing two blankets and a mountain load of pillows on the way

"good job Courtney" Lexi teased

"oh shush" I said jumping on the couch

"what happened up there?" Lexi asked

"what do you mean?" I said

"what do I mean? all I heard was 'ughhhhhh' and then bang" Lexi laughed impersonating my sound effects

Should I tell her that Niall text me to go out with him? Well she will find out anyway so I may as well

"Well Niall text me earlier saying he would pick me up tomorrow, but of course you will be at work and he was just watching me from the sidewalk and he text me telling me to close the blinds" I said

"oh Courtney, do you want me to stay home from college tomorrow?" She offered, the truth was yes but I knew she had an important meeting and presentation

"no no it's fine, I can just tell him to piss off" I said hiding my fear by trying to pull a joke

"call Shane right now, ask him if he can come over" Lexi ordered

"I don't want to bother him" I said

"just do it" she demanded so I took my phone and dialed Shane's number

"heyy my little white girl" Shane chirped through he phone

"Hi my little white boy" I laughed

"so whats up, you never call me after work" Shane said

"I need to ask you a favor" I said

"and if I don't do it" Shane teased, I can just see the little smug look on his face even though we are talking on the phone, I still know he is doing it.

"well I will end up having to go on a date with Niall" I said

"wait what?!" Shane exclaimed, "I told you he is dangerous Courtney, why did you agree to go on a date with him?" He said like he was scolding a 5 year old

"I didn't agree, I did the exact opposite but of course he said he is still going to pick me up, even if he has to force me" I said slightly shouting, like a 5 year old, I suppose

"Ok ok I am sorry, what tie do you want me round?" Shane asked, "or do you want me over tonight" he joked

"you know your girlfriend would kill you if she knew how you talked to me" I laughed

"but she doesn't, so it's ok" he laughed

"ok well anyway is 11 okay?" I asked

"uh huh, I will be there with Starbucks" He said

"yesssss" I cheered causing us both to laugh

"ok well I will see you tomorrow Shane" I said

"oh yeah you will" he said sexually

"oh my god, stop" I said hanging up

I went back through to Lexi

"Oh my god, stop" Lexi mocked me

"really?, and I am the immature one" I said rolling my eyes

"so is he coming?" she asked

"yes he will be here at 11, so I will only be home alone for half an hour" I informed her

"ok, so what movie first?" Lexi asked

"neighbors" I replied

"well then put it in" she said

"are you serious I just sat down" I groaned

"up you get pokey" Lexi said

"fineeee" I dragged out getting up and putting the movie in the player then grabbing the remote and jumping on Lexi

"get off" Lexi squealed

"nahh I am fine" I laughed

Lexi then pushed me off her and I sat on the other side of the couch pressing play

Lexi patted the seat next to her and I moved to it

"woof woof" I joked and she smacked me across the side of my head, I lay my head on Lexi's shoulder and got comfy

"you comfy?" She teased

"uh huh, I am very comfy" I half sassed

"well then be quiet, the movie is starting" Lexi whined. yeah she is one of those ones that when you watch a movie you can't talk or anything.
