Ronnie is just a regular person, her parents divorced young but it didn't bother her. She became a police officer after watching her dad, and she took an obsessive liking to conspiracy theories. She isn't "the Chosen One" nor does she have hidden powers, she's literally a normal human helping out a Greek God.
Which is good and all, except in a world where everyone is probably immortal and powerful, Ronnie just has her little mortal self and a gun.
MY OPINION
Ronnie is smol. I will protect her forever. I tried really hard to not hit any of the usual YA tropes when writing her and I think I've done alright thus far. I thought it would be pretty interesting to write about a regular human girl in a supernatural setting. No powers, no prophecy involving her, nothing.
