Tom had a break from all the filming so he decided to go on vacation with you.

Tom jumped on the bed kinda exhausted from the flight. He beckoned you.
"Come on {your name}, lay down. Have a nap with me."
You stood there trying to figure out what to do. The bed looked amazing (and so did Tom), but you needed to shower.
"I don't know."
Tom sighed. "What is the last time we slept together?"
Tom saw the look on your face, and he immediately grinned knowing that he had won.
"Okay," you gave in. "But only for one hour."
You and Tom ended up sleeping till the morning.
