Mikey had left and I was just watching jack and his hart beat Whitchurch was all good the only issue was that he hasn't woke up I kept asking him to say something but there was no reply I had been crying for 3 hours straight it was 12 am people came and checked on him but left me alone all the boys was busy even conor not allowed to come home yet which is annoying and I told him about josh and he 10 times more angry than he was

"Jack...I never thought when I left for New York that you of all people are here I'm so sorry...I can't even do anything because I don't know what to do"I cried

"I'm so sorry jack"I cried more

"E-Evie"I hear a deep voice stutter I look up at jack and his eyes was shut and there was a movement of his hand

"Jack?"I said looking at his hand

"Yeah?"He said and I looked at his eyes was open he voice was croaky and I couldn't believe I cried more

"Jack...your Okay"I cried

"Well...not yet but I will be"He said

"I'm so so sorry...I co-"he cut me off

"I know your sorry...where everyone else"He asked

"Everyone came to see you except conor but he coming he just working...but your family busy in Brighton at the moment"I said he nodded

"So my own family can't see me"he said

"No jack...they just busy"i said

"No I know...how long you been here?"He asked

"3 hours"I said he had a shocked face

"Evie you've been on a flight go home and sleep"he said I shook my head and I like the fact that he cares for me when he in the state he is in

"Anyways...what happened"I asked he thought and his eyes widened

"Wait...no you need to be somewhere else Caspar said it isn't safe..."he said

"No it's fine trust me it's under control just tell me what you can remember"I said

"Well I remember being tipsy...and a gang of boys around mine size came up to be and then that's when I saw your ex he started arguing me and then he said something like 'let's get him' and they started fighting me and Caspar tried to help but I told him to stop and then I can't remember the rest but looks like the hospital bed explaineds it..."he said I nodded

"Well...I just don't know what to do"I said

"He trying to fight all of us to get to you...he a fucking dick"jack said I nodded

"Well conor said he wants this wedding to happen really soon"I said

"Yea"He said I nodded he smiled a little

"He should be coming soon"I said

"Yeah..."he said

"Yep"I said he looked at me and we both started laughing for some reason

Conor POV
Rushing my way through the hospital to see jack the woman gave me the directions and I as I saw the door I looked in and to see jack awake and Evie sat the holding his hand

"Alright Mate"I said he nodded I looked at Evie and she stood up I gave her a small peck on the lips and I held her hand

"You okay?"I asked she nodded

"Josh will be dealt with I promise you"I said she nodded and I looked at jack and he looked at me and then looked at Evie I knew he wanted to talk to me alone

"Gorgeous could you give us some space for like 2 minuets"I said giving her hand a little squeeze before I let go

"I'll go get a coffee"she said and walked out the room and I sat on the chair that Evie was sat on he looked at me

"How you feel?"I asked jack he shrugged

"Shit"he said

"Why you fight back?"I asked

"Conor I was defending myself also defending Evie"he said in a tone

"I defend Evie she my fiancée and y-"he cut me off

"She my best friend! What do you think I felt like when she got put into hospital by her brother! I'd rather have me in here than her!"he said

"Anyways he needs to be caught he keeps getting away with stuff"I sighed

"Will make it happen but I grantee that gang that beat me up will get him out...it's a never ending battle conor"jack said

"It's never gonna stop your right"I mumbled we both didn't know what to say but he explained the whole story to me

"You got knocked out mate"I said and the police came in with...the ex

"He came to apologise"the police said and he glared at me

"She's next"he mouthed I shook my head

"Well Adam?"the police said

"I'm sorry jack I was dunk and I insisted on coming here to say sorry"he said

"Okay fine now can you leave now...I wish to not speak to you ever"jack said

"Now I believe that's not a good way to deal with things"the police said

"He the one that put him hospital you should have respect of what he wants"I dabbled in

"Well a your a familiar face"the other offer said and I realised he was the one who spoke to me and Adam before he let us out of jail for the night I didn't know what to do and then evie walked in at the worst timing

"Ah and so is she"the officer said looking back at me

"So is she what?"evie questioned

"Familiar face love"Adam said and she noticed him and she looked at me and I looked down at my feet

"Miss we would like to have a word with you please down at the police station with and without this gentleman here"the offer said pointing at Adam

"Woah hold on..why not me instead"I said standing up trying to protect evie because I knew she couldn't face him

"Conor..."she whispered in fear I looked at her and her eyes was petrified of him her ex

"Because I want to know her story between you 3 men because I'm guessing something going on"the officer said

"There nothing going on"jack said

"Got something to hide boys?"the officer said we shook our heads

"Right will be off... want a word I'm guessing again"the officer asked

"Yes privately please"she said shyly he nodded and they walked out and evie looked at her ex the exchanged looks but I couldn't see Adam but Evie's eyes widened for a split second and then the door shut

"What he just do?!?"I question

"Winked at me"she said I sighed in anger

"I can't go..I fucking told you I can't face him again"she said almost going to cry I hugged her I looked at jack and nodded as I've got an idea

"You could be the one that gets him locked away Gorgeous"I whispered as we was almost escmo kissing

"I to shy I'll crack under pressure and not say anything I bet!"she panicked I tried to calm her down

"Evie I'm sat in hospital...at least do it for me"jack said she thought and she looked at jack and she nodded

"The Maynard in you is in there somewhere"jack said then she nodded

"I'll try I guess"she mumbled looking at my feet

"That's our girl"I said and kissed her jack instantly turned away and as I let go a smiled formed and she walked out the door

"Think she'll do it"jack asked

"I have no idea"
