Nishinoya Y/n was the shyest second year you would ever meet. She refused to make eye contact with anyone and only nodded or shook her head as her way of communication.
Y/n's twin, Yū, wanted to change that. Her brother was on the volleyball team at Karasuno and wanted y/n to be involved somehow.
One day at practice Yū brought up an idea to Daichi and Suga.
"So, are we looking for a manager, by chance? I have a pretty good candidate!", Yū asked batting his eyelashes. Daichi and Suga, assuming that Nishinoya just wanted a pretty girl around to watch him play, refused.
"Sorry Noya," Suga started, "we don't really need a manager."
Yū slumped down and pouted over towards his best friend. Tanaka noticed Noya looking in a bad mood and asked him what was wrong.
"Well, I asked Daichi and Suga if we could have a manager so my sister could get out of her shell but they said no!"
Tanaka looked at him, clearly confused.
"Why would our team having a manager make your sister open up more?"
Nishinoya started laughing. "No, what I mean is that I want y/n to be the manager!"
