He's not shaded yet and sorry for messing up the crown.
He's an alternate version of Nazo. He is under King Sonic's (my own version) rule and must work for him. It's no wonder he's frowning. It's due to his power being imprisoned (and due to his past) within all those rings and gems as well as a Chaos Emerald! He has so many due to all the power he has!
