(Y/N)'s POV
You and Toshinori agreed not to speak of strange encounter you had with the woman. You just assumed she was just trying to scare you, but you couldn't help but feel worried. Since then, the both of you have been a little more protective of each other. More so Toshinori. He just couldn't shake what she said out of his head.
"You'll be met with a terrible fate, (Y/N)."
What could that possibly mean?
You decided it was best for you to just ignore it, even though Toshinori's more protective attitude made it hard to forget. If you wanted to go for a walk, he'd immediately accompany you. Wanted to go sit outside? Suddenly he did too. If he wasn't training with Nana or at school, he'd be next to you, not that you minded too much. You loved spending time with him. However, the more time you spent time with him, the more trouble you had hiding your blush and lovely pink colored eyes. Just the thought of him made your eyes shift into the baby pink color.
It was a nice, sunny day, which made Nana nice enough to let Toshinori have a day off from training. The two of you were laying in the warm spring grass, soaking in the comforting rays of the sun. "Hey, Yagi?"
"Hm?" You turned to lay on your stomach, facing him.
"Have you thought of a hero name at all?" He nods.
"I've been thinking about it for a while now. It's actually kind of hard to come up with a friendly but intimidating sounding name." He sat up. "I think my name should be All Might!" Toshinori cheerfully shouted, pumping his fist in the air. You swear you could see Stars in his piercing blue eyes. You couldn't help but let out a small giggle. He got excited way too easily.
"Aw man, I was hoping you'd center your name around bunnies. Cause when you are in your hero form, you look like you have bunny ears!" He gave off a pout.
"I do not have bunny ears." He grumbled, making your eyes roll.
"However, All Might does sound pretty fitting." You looked back at the sky. "Huh, the #1 hero: All Might...it suits you perfectly!" Your infectious smile causing him to grin as well.
"What about you, Shimura? Have you thought about a hero name?" You shook your head.
"Honestly, not really. But I do have a few ideas. Nana says it should have something to do with my quirk, but I just can't think of anything good." Toshinori thought for a moment, before snapping his fingers.
"I think I got something! What if your name is the Roulette! Because villains will never know what emotion they'll be hit with next!"
"Roulette?" You thought for a moment. Roulette. How could he come up with such a perfect name on the spot? You grinned. "I love it. Wow, Yagi, you can save people, have super strength, AND give heroes-in-training name suggestions? What can't you do!" You said dramatically, causing Toshinori to laugh. He suddenly shifted into his hero form, his hand forming a thumbs up, a large grin plastered on his face.
"All in a days work, ma'am!" You both paused for a moment before bursting out into laughter. You wiped a tear from your now green eyes, the smile never fading from your face. Your laughter eventually died down, and he shifted back into his true form. "I'm glad we were able to figure out a name for you, Shimura."
"I'm glad too." You paused. "Hey...you know you don't have to call me Shimura, right? You can just call me (Y/N)." His blue eyes widened a bit, a pink dusting over his cheeks. "I'm serious, I don't mind at all." He smiled.
"W-Well if that's the case, you can call me by my first name too." Now it was your turn to blush, your damn eyes turning pink. You tried to avoid his gaze.
"Aw how sweet of you, Toshi." He gave you a questionable look.
"Toshi?"
"Yeah, I think it's a really cute nickname for you." The grin on your face grew.
"Toshi it is." You both turned your heads to look at the sun. It was just starting to set. Toshinori scooted closer to you, and you leaned your head on his shoulder. The sky began to change into hues of light and dark purples. You couldn't help but let an awestruck feeling wash over you.
"It's so beautiful." You murmured, watching as the last bit of blue faded into a light purple.
"Not as beautiful as you."
You could have fainted right then and there. He was too damn cute.
The pink on your cheeks became a dark red, the light pink in your eyes becoming brighter. You playfully slapped his arm.
"That was so corny of you, Toshi!" You said, giggling a bit. He looked down at you, and grinned.
"It made you smile, didn't it?" You nod. "Then the corniness was worth it." You both laughed a bit, scooting even closer to one another. You wished this moment could last forever, but that was just wishful thinking.
Who knew everything would be ruined in a matter of hours?
