Part I
Hagami's arm brushed against one of the tree's roots and instantly she felt some of her chakra siphoned away. She hissed at the realization that brought about but she wasn't far from the exit. Itachi and Shisui were already out and not too far away was Naruto and the Hokage.
Sasuke exited the roots before Hagami did, partially because she slowed down to assure that he'd make it out. Lastly, was herself and the eerie red glow of the moon rained down. Hagami felt an involuntary shudder course through her body.
Itachi, Sasuke, and Shisui joined up with Naruto, though Sasuke kept his distance. Hagami leapt up next, making sure that she was standing slightly in front. From behind, Sasuke saw her stature beginning to look drained. She had fought Madara, though for a short period of time, and then used three jutsu of different chakra natures in a row; this would take the energy right out of shinobi unless they had a secondary reservoir like Naruto possessed.
It was standing next to the Hokage that Hagami sensed a familiar chakra. Her eyes shot over to her right just in time to see Orochimaru and three other shinobi land on the battle field.
"Sarutobi-Sensei." Orochimaru greeted in his oozing voice.
"Orochimaru." Hiruzen's voice dripped with distrust, something very unlike him. "You're late. What of the Five Kage?" He asked.
"I had them healed." Orochimaru assured, his voice slipping into a serious one. "So long as they don't chicken out, they should be coming."
"Hmph, as sarcastic as ever, I see." Hiruzen scoffed.
A small silence passed over them, or at least until one of the three that had been accompanying Orochimaru spoke up.
"WHO ARE YOU?!" Hagami recognized it as a female's voice, and she turned to see who had demanded the question. "What are you doing beside Sasuke?" Hagami concluded in her mind that Sasuke had been using Orochimaru to gain power; and perhaps it was intertwined with the feeling of malevolence toward Naruto.
"He's my brother." Hagami answered steely; she shot her a glare, the Mangekyō Sharingan adding a menacing edge. She watched as the girl shrunk back, ashamed of her own words and for blurting them out so carelessly.
"So, this is what the tree looks like up close?" The guy with white hair asked. Hagami caught a glimpse of his teeth and knew right away he was from Kirigakure, hence his teeth resembled those of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen. "I wonder how long it'll take to cut down."
Hagami relinquished her watch over the three of them simply because she wasn't interested and knew they didn't pose a threat. However, their bickering in the background was all but ignorable.
Listen to me carefully! Hagami's head snapped up when she heard Hashirama's voice. He must've connected to everyone in the Allied Shinobi Force, as well as the Five Kage on their way. Throughout the message, Hashirama conveyed that the roots of the tree was using the shinobi as nourishment for it to grow to its extreme state of being. And the grave news that came with it was that there was only fifteen minutes until the Infinite Tsukuyomi would go into effect. And yet, doing nothing will yield the same result. We must either cut down that tree or defeat the caster within the remaining time.
Protests of random shinobi echoed through Hagami's head until Hashirama's voice took over again, I told you not to give up hope! He had scolded them.
More protests swarmed through Hagami's mind until she blocked it out. Once she did, she saw another root extending out amongst the shinobi. She hissed, and took a step forward, however, she didn't get to far when Sasuke stepped in front of her.
"I'll handle this part." Sasuke told her, a sort of protectiveness lingering in his voice. "Don't worry." He tried to assure her in a way he wouldn't do to others.
"But..." Hagami stepped forward but Sasuke held a hand out in front of her.
"Watch Naruto until he's back on his feet." Sasuke said it like an order rather than an instruction. Hagami bit her lip and took a step back. Itachi and Shisui stepped forward beside her, both waiting to stop her in case she decided to dart into the fight and as reassurance that they wouldn't leave her.
Suddenly, Sasuke leapt forward, surprising Hagami that he'd make the first move. Then, an enormous amount of chakra, greater than Shisui and Itachi whilst rivaling Naruto's, radiated from Sasuke. Hagami's eyes widened immensely when she saw the Susanoo also encapsulate Sasuke.
But what was clearly different than from what Shisui's was, and Itachi's when he still possessed it, that Sasuke didn't possess just the Mangekyō Sharingan anymore. He possessed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, something only achieved through possessing another family members eyes that had already awakened the third stage of the normal Sharingan.
"What? How?" Hagami gasped. She turned toward Itachi, her eyes wide with concern and a sort of anger in her eyes. Thoughts ran like mad through her mind, and for a moment she thought that Sasuke had killed someone to obtain this power.
"Otousan." Itachi merely stated. "Remember? This was his dying wish, for Sasuke to never lose his light." Itachi explained in short and Hagami's anger quelled.
"You don't say..." Hagami watched as the cloak around Naruto flickered to life. It flared around him gallantly and it didn't take long for him to join Sasuke in his Tailed Beast Mode.
As Hagami watched as the two of them prepared, a thought occurred to her when she realized that there was another person within the Susanoo with Sasuke. She narrowed her eyes at the guy, and thought deeply on who he could possibly be. Sasuke wouldn't of brought any random person along with him unless it was to aid in his jutsu.
If Sasuke brought him along, it's either to assist in chakra or--wait, that's it! Hagami watched as black markings spread across Sasuke's Susanoo. That guy must be from that unnamed Clan that knows how to absorb Nature Energy... Hagami 'tsk'd' when she realized that she had missed the name of the Clan that the guy had belonged to. But either way, this means that both Sasuke and Naruto possess some way to access Nature Energy in order to combat Obito.
Hagami sighed and crossed her arms when Sasuke and Naruto finally leapt off, aiming straight at Obito whilst he launched back. She knew that this wasn't going to be easy, and not being able to fight or assist made Hagami beyond anxious. Her foot began to tap involuntarily at they clashed.

Like is said, I'm trying to keep the segments chapters a little shorter than the rest.
Hope you enjoy!
