Right as he was going to ask me something, his phone rang.
"Ello?" he asked
"Where are you bro. I've been waiting for you. remember, we were meeting up at your house for rehearsal and stuff!" I heard the boy on the other end say
"I'm so sorry, I totally forgot!" Leo exclaimed then smiled at me.
"Well, get here as soon as you can to let me in. I guess your moms still working"
"I'll be there as soon as possible"
He hung up then he looked at me, "I'm so sorry to cut the date short, wait, do you want to come back with me. My friend Charlie and I are practicing singing/rapping together."
"Okay!" I said
"Leggo" he grabbed my hand and we took off down the street, a couple blocks, then we reached a small brown brick house. A blonde boy was sitting on the porch.
We got up there, Leo still holding my hand, and he unlocked the door.
"Leo, who's your lady friend?" Charlie asked
"Charlie, meet Hannah. Hannah, meet charlie, he's my music partner"
"So, are you guys like a couple"
"No" we said in sync
"Not yet" Leo winked
Charlie chucked. I sat down on the couch and watched them rehearse. They are really good. Between Leo's raps and Charlie's vocals, they make a great duo.
"So, how'd you meet" I asked them
"Online" Charlie said
"Cool"
"Charlie, do you get bullied"
"No. Leo you told her you get bullied"
"She gets bullied to"
"I'm sorry" Charlie said
"Its ok" I said
after a couple of hours is spoke up, "it's really late, I should probably head home"
"Okay, stay safe" Leo said and hugged me
i hugged back and smiled before closing the door behind me.
