"Wha... What's going on?" I rubbed my eyes and looked around.

I was still at the beach but miraculously landed on one of the benches upstairs. My eyes finally met Rion's with a confused look.

"You passed out on the sand so I brought you up here."

"What?" Did I faint because I attempted to go towards the water? I had no recollection of what happened. I held my temples in frustration.

"Yeah, you passed out."

"What time is it?" I asked.

"It's after six."

Then suddenly it occurred what had really happened. That two timing... My hand flew up and slapped him across his face.

"Ow!" He rubbed his cheek.

"You fool! You could have killed me!" I got up and started to pack my items in my bag. "You're an idiot! What were you thinking!?"

"What? I was just trying to help. You seemed so uptight."

I flung my dress on, stuffed my book in my bag and walked off. There was no way I was staying there any longer with him.

"Hey! Where are you going? Are you sure you're ok?" He shouted as he ran to catch up with me.

"Get away from me!" I pushed him. "I need to catch my bus."

"The bus service is down for this side until tomorrow. Some mechanical problems."

I froze for a moment and continued to walk. He was lying and trying to get me to stay. "Get away from me. You almost destroyed everything I worked for. You're an idiot."

I hustled out of the car park with him following me. He hustled his feet to meet mine, and tried to gain my attention the entire walk. When I finally met the bus stop, he bumped into me. I scowled at him. Why is he still following me!? Ugh!

"I'm going to call the police if you keep harassing me."

"I just want to make sure you're ok. You passed out, remember?"

"Because of you!" I shoved him again. "I was fine until you showed up!"

"It didn't look so. You seemed like you needed a boost, so I tried to help."

I folded my arms and turned the other way. My gasket was ready to blow; I wanted to get out of his sight. Was there really no bus? Why does everything bad happen to me at the same time?

"You're not waiting on the bus, right? I told you it's not coming."

I tapped my repeatedly and ignored him. "Go away! You have already done enough."

I pulled my phone from my bag and attempted to call Anya. I stood there with the phone to my ear and listened, but it went straight to voicemail. Sigh!

"I can give you a ride home if you want."

"I'm good." I walked a few feet away from him. "You've already done your part to make my life a living hell." Why on earth, would I go into a vehicle with him?

"Well I'm trying to mend things."

"You cannot fix everything. Just like my bathroom."

He stared at me, "I'm sorry about that.  Are you going to hold that forever against me?"

I ignored him and flagged every passing taxi. After thirty minutes, my hands got tired. It was useless. Why is he still here? Probably guilt. I peered into to the bus shed where he sat on his phone typing away.
